"Stop Beating Up Yourself Over Pass Mistakes"

Many of us still beat ourselves to a pulp, because of our pass mistakes.  We have all made mistakes that we aren't proud of, and some of them are humongus.  Mistakes and erros in life is normal, that's how we heal and grow from the experience.  We will continue to make mistakes and erros the rest of our lives, because it's human to error, in one way or another. We cannot change the pass, we only try to not make as many mistakes as we did when we were younger.

We can only learn and grow from our pass mistakes and blunders in life. If we continue to look back, living in the present will be hard to do.  We have to except our mistakes and blunders, truely forgive ourselves and move forward.  Let's stop beating and punishing ourselves for our pass crimes of life; living in the pass; while the present awaits us. Start by loving, forgiving and understanding yourself and the rest will be an easy task.

We learn from our mistakes, embrace life, count our blessings and navigate ourselves toward the future.  The future is where there's hope, happiness and a chance to do better in our lives.
