Tactics of the enemy
Like a roaring lion he roams seeking whom he may devour
Beware of the enemy...he's trying to convince you that you're a hopeless sinner that doesn't deserve to be forgiven.
But this is a LIE.
The TRUTH is this: There is no sin in your life--past, present, or future--that has not already been paid for by the shed blood of Jesus Christ for the remission of all your sins, not part, ALL. When He was nailed to Calvary's cross every single sin was nailed there too.
This is what God's grace is truly about--the gift of God's infinite love, healing and forgiveness for every sinner and every sin! God is your loving Heavenly Father who accepts you for who you are and loves you unconditionally as His child...not because you have done anything to deserve it, but because of His grace.
The Bible says, "But after that the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior; that being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life" (Titus 3:4-7 KJV).
God's grace is truly remarkable, and I've seen up close and personal how the message of God's grace has changed many lives. I have experienced the miracle working Power of God Almighty through Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit for I am living that miracle on a daily basis now. I have been forgiven! And so can you. Yes, that's right! Jesus died for mankind so that through His death and resurrection we could finally truly live in freedom. Freedom from bondage and every snare sent by the devil to trick and entrap us.
I have discovered that true freedom is not in doing what we want, but instead lies in the new found ability to say no to what we know we should not do.
Once you fully understand and fully accept the meaning of God's grace, it can equip you to walk in peace and joy, free from the enemy's condemnation.
These are two of my favorite scriptures I have used many times over these last 8 years or so, for they are what Jesus has done for and in me. As by Him God the Father did for me what was totally impossible for me to do for myself.
John 8:32 "And you shall know the truth and the Truth will make you free." and John 8:36 " If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed."
