Boker tov ve kar!! Good and cold morning!! It’s very cold outside. Now, I could either say the world is cold or the world is cold. The first would be the temperature of the weather, the air of the Earth. The second would be the temperature of the heart, the spirit of man(kind). Matit’yah-ha’Levi (Matthew) 24:12 says, “Because iniquity will be multiplied, the love of many will grow cold.” For the cold weather, a thick pair of socks and a nice, comfy blanket while holding a mug of hot chocolate will fix what ails you. For the cold love of man(kind), the love of Yeshua ha-Meshiach will cure what ails you. Yochanan (John) 3:16 says, “For YeHoVaH so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.”

The Prayer that Yeshua ha-Meshiach prayed …
Our Abba in Heaven,
May Your Name be kept holy.
Let Your Kingdom come.
Let Your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors.
Bring us not into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever.
The Love of Adonai
“Our Abba in Heaven.” … We recognize Him as YeHoVaH, EL Gibbor (the mighty G-d), and our heavenly Abba. Tehillim (Psalms) 147:5--”Great is our Adonai, and mighty in power. His understanding is infinite.”
“May Your Name be kept holy.” … To keep a thing holy, such as the Name of YeHoVaH, means to hallow His Name. It means that YeHoVaH is showing to us His perfect holiness in His very Name. V’yakra (Leviticus) 11:44--”For I am Adonai Eloheinu. Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be holy; for I am holy. You shall not defile yourselves with any kind of creeping thing that moves on the earth.”
“Let Your Kingdom come. Let Your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.” … YeHoVaH is sovereign and is in charge of everything. YeHoVaH is in charge. Philippians 4:6-7--”In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to YeHoVaH. And the peace of YeHoVaH, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Yeshua ha-Meshiach.”
“Give us today our daily bread.” … YeHoVaH provides. Not everything we ask for or everything we want; but, everything we need. YeHoVaH cares for His children, and He takes care of them. Matit’yah-ha’Levi 6:26--”See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Abba feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?”
“Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors.” … Only YeHoVaH can forgive, through Yeshua ha-Meshiach. We need to confess our sins to YeHoVaH and admit our need to be forgiven. But, we are mandated to also forgive those who admit such need to us as well. Matit’yah-ha’Levi 6:14--”For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Abba will also forgive you.”
“Bring us not into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one.” … Confession of sin is important, so is repentance. Stop. Turn around. Walk in the opposite direction. And, when we are tempted, YeHoVaH will remind us of His desire and will for us. We must fully depend on Him. 1 Corinthians 10:13--”No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. YeHoVaH is faithful, Who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation, also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.”
“For Yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.” … This is a way to close the prayer, while again declaring the sovereignty and holiness of YeHoVaH. So be it. Make it so. All that we have said to our heavenly Abba.
