The Book of Revelation Reveals the Beast Religion

Updated on September 1, 2018

PlanksandNails' goal is to be a catalyst in encouraging the followers of Christ to pursue Biblical truth for themselves.

There are many teachers within the modern church system that look at the book of Revelation through their own denominational lens. Scholars and Bible students who are a by-product of the seminaries of men claim that they have found the mystery that is hidden within the book of Revelation revealing an antichrist spirit, but what they don’t know is that it is staring right at them.

Many religious people are still dumbfounded and don’t really know for sure what all the metaphors and symbolism within the book really mean. Most are swayed back and forth with the many popular opinions concerning the warnings and prophecies that are contained within the book. Without the help of the Holy Spirit, the book will lead down many rabbit trails and they will never discover the identity of the beast religion.

There are endless books and articles on the book of Revelation and it can be said that most of it is based on mere presumption. Every church denomination and sect hold to their own man-made interpretations.

In spite of all the smoke and mirrors, the following will attempt reveal that the church system today is antichrist or the Beast religion. The evidence is right in Scripture, but it will require the reader to throw out their bias and indoctrination and have an open mind. Hopefully, Scripture will be its own interpreter identifying the Beast system, the antichrist spirit and those who partake of it.

The Revelation of Jesus Christ

The book of Revelation depending on what Bible version you have has incorrectly named the book, 'The Revelation of St. John the Divine' (KJV) by its translators. This is the first deception that has infiltrated the English translations of the Bible revealing that those working on the text did not have the spiritual understanding of its message. It should be obvious from reading the first verse in the book that is not the Revelation of St. John the Divine.

The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show to His bond-servants, the things which must soon take place – Revelation 1:1

We can see the clear evidence in the first verse that message of Revelation is the 'revelation of Jesus Christ.' You may think that this distinction is of no significance, but you will soon see that it is clearly isn't. If someone starts reading this book on a false assumption, the message will be confusing to the reader. This is the case for the majority of people because most believe the book of Revelation is about the 'mystery' pertaining to the 'Beast' and the identity of 'the Antichrist.' The truth is that this is not the main intention of the book of Revelation at all.

There are many books and articles written by religious teachers with their own take or interpretation of Revelation. What most all have in common is that their main focus is on the Beast and who they call the 'Antichrist.'

The deception gets even more confusing when reading the different English re-translations of Revelation 1:1 in the modern Bibles.

The revelation from Jesus Christ, which God gave him - Revelation 1:1 (NIV)

This is a revelation from Jesus Christ, which God gave him - Revelation 1:1 (NLT)

Right here we can see the confusions that comes from title of Revelation (KJV) and the first verse of Revelation in some of the modern texts. These titles start the reader off on a wrong footing based on a faulty premise.

The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants – Revelation 1:1 (KJV)

The mistranslations of the two modern Bible verses become quite apparent with contradiction when reading from the King James Version. The twisted versions convey that the revelation is 'from' Jesus Christ, but then the other version states that God gave it to him.

Many within the church system believe that Jesus and the Father are both God so they will see no discrepancy.

However, the very first verse in the KJV above and ESV in the following makes the clear distinctions.

The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants the things that must soon take place. – Revelation 1:1 (ESV)

When the word 'of' in some of the English translations is changed to 'from,' it takes away the clear distinction that states, 'which God (the Father) gave him (the Son).' The word 'from' takes away the distinction away from both Jesus and the Father. If Jesus is God, there would be no need to give revelation to himself because he is God.

If the reader believes that Jesus is God, the reader is robbed of the revelation 'of' Christ that the Father (Yahweh) gave to him to reveal to us.

Warning and Blessing

I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book. – Revelation 22:18-19

It is no small matter when man-made doctrine takes away the distinctions between the God the Father and His Son. Scripture has made it abundantly clear that there is a distinction. When a distinction is improperly made, the book of Revelation becomes no longer about the revelation 'of' Jesus Christ, but a counterfeit revelation of the 'image' of antichrist that blinds those from the true purpose of the book.

The purpose of the book of Revelation is conveying the revelation 'of' Christ given to him from his Father so he can offer it to all who believes. The whole point of the book is about the promise Christ made to his followers before his death.

Revelation reveals a blessing upon those who keep the words of the book and reveals the mystery that would shortly come to pass upon the finished work of Christ.

The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants the things that must soon take place. – Revelation 1:1

Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear, and who keep what is written in it, for the time is near. – Revelation 1:3

Doers of the Word

Those in the modern church system may read aloud and hear the words of the prophecy, but that is where it ends. The word 'keep' means doing or performing the things that are written.

Yet, how can you do these things when you have no idea what the words mean?

But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. – James 1:22

For it is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law who will be justified. – Romans 2:13

Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with Him. – John 14:23

Many spend hours and hours reading the book of Revelation trying to figure out what it all means. The problem becomes apparent when they cannot 'keep' what is written in it. It is because they have no clue what the words mean. With the inability to decipher the shrouded symbolism, then the specific revelation given by God to to His Son to give to you will never be revealed to you.

Christ IN Us

The book of Revelation is about revealing the mystery of Christ in us by a walk of obedience through faith. Once we have the Holy Spirit dwelling within us, there is no danger of being deceived into worshiping a false Christ, an antichrist spirit or partaking of the Beast religion.

To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. – Colossians 1:27

My little children, for whom I am again in the anguish of childbirth until Christ is formed in you! – Galatians 4:19

For I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a revelation of Jesus Christ. – Revelation 4:1

Now to him who is able to strengthen you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery that was kept secret for long ages – Revelation 16:25

The book of Revelation, which is the revelation 'of' Christ depicts the fulfillment of the mystery which is 'Christ in you.'

But that in the days of the trumpet call to be sounded by the seventh angel, the mystery of God would be fulfilled, just as he announced to his servants the prophets. – Revelation 10:7

The mystery of God is the hope in you, the hope of glory, Christ in you, the Good News! The same admonishment to 'keep' the revelation was given to those within the seven localities in Revelation 2, and it applies the same to all followers of Christ today by listening to what the Spirit is saying.

Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent, and do the works you did first. – Revelation 2:5

Therefore repent. If not, I will come to you soon and war against them with the sword of my mouth. – Revelation 2:16

But I have this against you, that you tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and is teaching and seducing my servants to practice sexual immorality and to eat food sacrificed to idols. – Revelation 2:20

The seduction in the modern counterfeit church system is the teaching that being in a lifestyle of sin is okay by believing in their twisted version of grace. Christ is calling all those who profess him to repent and be doers of the word or face judgement.

I gave her time to repent, but she refuses to repent of her sexual immorality. Behold, I will throw her onto a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her I will throw into great tribulation, unless they repent of her works – Revelation 2:21-22

Christ promises to judge those according to their works.

And I will strike her children dead. And all the churches will know that I am he who searches mind and heart, and I will give to each of you according to your works. – Revelation 2:23

The message is confirmed over and over to repent, or else. Return to your first works and first love and cease from sin or you will be judged. The modern church falsely teaches that Christ died for all sinners, meaning that you will never be judged for your sins. This is the message of the Beast that contradicts the Revelation 'of' Jesus Christ. They have accepted the spirit of the antichrist because they believe that they do not have to give up their sinful lifestyle. They believe that no one can have the ability to stop sinning in this lifetime. The lie that leads to death is teaching the blood of Christ was shed so that his blood blindfolds the Father from their present and future sins.

They create for themselves 'another Christ' of their own making who is indistinct from the Father ignoring the warning that he is coming to judge those according to their works. Their false Christ says that he does not judge by works at all.

An Antichrist, 'God the Son'
An Antichrist, 'God the Son'

The Worship of the 'Image' of an Antichrist

The 'image' of the antichrist spirit is a man who is worshiped as God and claims to be God. The God-man is fashioned after the pagan gods. Their pagan Christ they worship looks the other way because his blood is supposedly blinds the Father from seeing their sins. They sit back and feel comfortable being assured in their man-made traditions as a means of their salvation.

They put the Lamb on the throne when the book of Revelation clearly depicts the Lamb of God in the midst of the twenty-four elders who takes the scroll from the One sitting on the throne.

At once I was in the Spirit, and behold, a throne stood in heaven, with one seated on the throne. And he who sat there had the appearance of jasper and carnelian, and around the throne was a rainbow that had the appearance of an emerald. Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and seated on the thrones were twenty-four elders, clothed in white garments, with golden crowns on their heads. Revelation 4:2-4

'Around the throne' means within its midst or presence of it.

And around the throne, on each side of the throne, are four living creatures, full of eyes in front and behind – Revelation 4:6

And between the throne and the four living creatures and among the elders I saw a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, with seven horns and with seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. And he went and took the scroll from the right hand of Him who was seated on the throne. - Revelation 5:6

The modern church system puts their false messiah upon the throne of the Father as they make no distinction between the Son of God and God Himself. It is clear that the Lamb of God is around the throne just like the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures. The Lamb takes the scroll from the Father, the One who is seated on the throne.

Right here, we can see that the teaching of the Beast religion has added to the words from the prophecy of the book of Revelation by taking the distinction away from the Lamb and the Father. The reason the dire warnings are written in Revelation is because God knew that corrupt men would change the nature of Christ to a God-man. By altering the English translations of Scripture, they have succeeded in deceiving the masses into accepting the mark of the beast.

Christ warned about the false Christs.

For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. – Matthew 24:24

I have come in my father’s name, and you do not receive me. If another comes in his own name, you will receive him. – John 5:43

The apostles warned of a false Christ too.

But I am afraid that as the serpent deceived Eve by his cunning, your thoughts will be led astray from a sincere and pure devotion to Christ. For if someone comes and proclaims another Jesus than the one we proclaimed, or if you receive a different spirit from the one you received, or if you accept a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it readily enough. – 2 Corinthians 11:3-4

The counterfeit Christ who is 'God the Son' is the twisted perverted version of the true Christ who is all man (the Son of God). The spirit of the antichrist twists and perverts Christ's sacrifice by saying that God does not punish sinful behaviours because their version of grace is a licence to sin. They believe that since Christ is God, they could never attain the same status by following his example being perfected by the Spirit. The fail to understand that Christ was the only begotten Son until his death and resurrection, but when the Spirit came, all would have the opportunity to become sons begotten (born again) of the Father too. This is the revelation of having 'Christ in us.'

The worship of another Jesus who they claim to be God is the religion the Roman Catholic Church. Most of what is called 'Christianity' today worships the same god as they do. This is the Beast religion that was warned of Christ and the apostles.

Do you worship the God of the Roman Catholic Church?

I gotta agree with everything you said in this hub.

I would like to what you think about ...

And BETWEEN the throne and the four living creatures and AMONG the elders I saw a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain,

Moments before this ... The strong angel proclaimed "who is worthy to take the book and open the seals of...

"Nobody was found in heaven or on earth worthy .." Where was the lamb ? Was he in rout from earth to heaven? As soon as he arrived he began opening the seals.

I think this is one of the most important misunderstood verses in churchiousity. If immediately upon his arrival in heaven after being crucifixion, he begins opening the seals!

Rev. 13 speaks of a religious organization establishing a doctrine so close yet so far removed from the real deal that the world will be deceived. Pretty much the way you described it in this well written hub. For some reason , this was Gods plan. One can only speculate as to how this fits into his plan.

I am saying Jesus Christ is not God, He is the Son of God. All those who believe in the Trinity that use their "proof" verses used to claim that He is God can be refuted.

In Genesis we see that God created everything by His spoken word, but I believe the context of "in the beginning" in John 1 that you quoted pertains to another beginning which will make more sense with the following Scripture references.

That which was FROM THE BEGINNING, WHICH WE HAVE HEARD, which we have seen with our eyes, which we looked upon and have touched with our hands, concerning THE WORD of life — the life was made manifest, and we have seen it, and testify to it and proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and was made manifest to us. - 1 John 1:1-2

Let what you heard from the beginning abide in you. If what you HEARD FROM THE BEGINNING abides in you, then you too will abide in the Son and in the Father. - 1 John 2:24

For this is the message that you HAVE HEARD FROM THE BEGINNING, that we should love one another. - 1 John 3:11

And you also will bear witness, because you have been with me FROM THE BEGINNING. - John 15:27

And now I ask you, dear lady—not as though I were writing you a new commandment, but the one we have had FROM THE BEGINNING—that we love one another. - 2 John 1:5-6

The language of these verses in 1st and 2nd John are very similar to John chapter 1, but we can go further into the other gospels as well.

Inasmuch as many have undertaken to compile an account of the things accomplished among us, just as they were handed down to us by those who FROM THE BEGINNING were eyewitnesses and servants of THE WORD, it seemed fitting for me as well, having investigated everything carefully FROM THE BEGINNING– Luke 1:1-3

THE BEGINNING of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. – Mark 1:1

What stands out is that the beginning was when the Gospel was first proclaimed by John the Baptist. When Jesus was baptized by him, He went out in the Spirit preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, which was the beginning of the Good News.

In Genesis we see the beginning of the “old creation,” which was “in the beginning” and God created all things by his word and the light shone in the darkness. In the New Testament we see a “new creation,” which was “in the beginning” where John baptizes Jesus Christ in the water by God’s word and the light shines into the darkness. This is the beginning of the Good News.

These are the BEGINNING of the new creations of the Gospel:

But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become CHILDREN OF GOD, WHO WERE BORN, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but OF GOD. – John 1:12-13

And he is the head of the body, the ekklesias. HE IS THE BEGINNING, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. – Colossians 1:18

For we who have believed enter that rest, as He has said, "As I swore in my wrath, "They shall never enter My rest,' " although HIS WORKS WERE FINISHED FROM THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD. - Hebrews 4:3.

God fixes the times and seasons by His own authority. Jesus is fully aware that his God and Father was finished with all his works when His Word went out from Him and one of those works was raising Jesus from the dead into glory. What God had already finished when His Word went out from Him, Jesus was about to realize in this time and space: his glorification. It was finished in eternity but now being manifested in this time and space.

The new creation began when Jesus rose from the dead. Jesus is the first fruits of the new heavens and new earth. We will be glorified when we are raised from the dead into glory. Let us suppose that any one of us, like Jesus, is about to be put to death because we are followers of Christ. Let us suppose we pray the night before our death. We could say, "Lord Jesus, glorify me with the glory I HAD WITH YOU before the new creation was. “Or because Jesus had already given us this glory (v.22), we could use the phrase, "the glory you have given me," and any future disciple could say this prayer because Jesus had given it to his future disciple before that disciple even existed. Although the reality of having received this glory is not yet a reality to any of us until we are resurrected, we already know that the reality does exist and Christ has given it to us.

A simple review of the evidence should make it quite clear to anyone that Jesus is referring to something that was a reality before the creation of the world. Just as it is a reality that Jesus' future disciples were given this same glory before they even existed, Jesus was given this glory before the creation of the world. Jesus speaks of having this glory before he was glorified because having this glory was a reality before the creation of the world just as having this glory was a reality for his future disciples before they even existed.

Jesus was completely aware that his God and Father had already finished the act of giving the human being Jesus this glory before the foundation of the world. His works were finished before the foundation of the world (Hebrews 4:3). But because Jesus exists in this time and space, the reality of receiving this glory had not yet occurred until he was raised from the dead.

Here is an explanation that may help concerning the verse you quoted. I realize there are many "proof" verses in Scripture, but they are not all what they seem.

Many who believe Jesus pre-existed interpret the text as indicating Jesus had this glory with the Father before the creation of the world, he does not currently have this glory because he had relinquished this glory, and he is asking to have it returned to him. Based on this interpretation, they claim that Jesus existed as a self-conscious person prior to the creation of the world, but it is the contrary to the evidence of the immediate context.

Thos who make this claim take statements like "I have come down from heaven" at John 6:38 to mean Jesus was a self-conscious pre-existent being who came down out of heaven about 2000 years ago into Mary's womb. A similar idea is promoted at Philippians 2:5-11 where the claim is that the incarnation of the pre-existent Son is when Jesus gave up this particular glory.

If a pre-existent Jesus had given up his glory when he came down from heaven to be incarnated, and he is asking to have it returned to him, one would expect him to have said, "Now, Father, glorify me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before I CAME DOWN FROM HEAVEN.

At John 17:22, Jesus is praying for his future disciples. Many of these disciples do not yet exist, but Jesus said he HAS GIVEN these future disciples, past tense, this same glory. He does a similar thing when he says he had already sent his disciples into the world, "Just as You sent me into the world, I have also sent them into the world" in verse 18, when in fact this occurs after his resurrection,

"As the Father has sent Me, I also send you," and He sends them by ANOINTING THEM WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT. - John 20:21

I do not ask on behalf of these alone, but for those also who believe in me through their word....The glory which You have given me I HAVE GIVEN to them. - John 17:22

The claimed interpretation is entirely inconsistent with all these statements. If one wants to interpret John 17:5 to mean Jesus existed with the Father before creation then one will also necessarily need to consistently interpret Jesus' words in verse 22 as meaning we, his disciples, existed along with him when he was saying this prayer. This would reveal inconsistencies.

Jesus was glorified when God raised him from the dead. So we know that Jesus is not yet glorified when he is praying at John 17. For example, John says the Spirit had not yet been given because Jesus was not yet glorified in John 7:39, yet just as Jesus said he had already given future disciples this same glory, he speaks of this glory as if it had already been given to him. On one hand, we see Jesus praying to receive this glory but on the other hand, he considers it to be already given to him in John 17:22-24

"Now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I HAD WITH YOU before the world was.... The glory which You HAVE GIVEN ME I have given to them, that they may be one, just as we are one....I desire that they also, whom You have given me, be with me where I am, so that they may see my glory which YOU HAVE GIVEN ME. – John 17:22-24

John 17:24 seems to clarify what Jesus actually meant in verse 5. Notice how Jesus refers to having been loved "before the foundation of the world" but in this same breath he also says, "My glory which you HAVE GIVEN me."

Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see my glory which You HAVE GIVEN ME, for You loved me before the foundation of the world. – John 17:24

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, JUST AS HE CHOSE US IN HIM BEFORE THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD, that we should be holy and blameless before Him. - Ephesians 1:3-4

God has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which WAS GIVEN TO US IN CHRIST JESUS BEFORE THE TIMES OF THE AGES, but NOW HAS BEEN MANIFESTED by the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus. - 2 Timothy 1:9-10

Paul speaks about something given to us before the creation of the world. It had been given to us in Christ Jesus and it had been given to us, but that reality only was manifested in our time and space at the appearing of the man Jesus our Savior.

Jesus was not glorified until God raised him from the dead.

But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because JESUS WAS NOT YET GLORIFIED. - John 7:39

Was it not necessary for the Christ TO SUFFER THESE THINGS AND ENTER INTO HIS GLORY? - Luke 24:26.

The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, HAS GLORIFIED HIS SERVANT JESUS, the one whom you delivered and disowned in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release him. - Acts 3:13.

There are also heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, but THE GLORY of the heavenly is one, and THE GLORY of the earthly is another. There is one GLORY of the sun, and another GLORY of the moon, and another GLORY of the stars; for star differs from star in GLORY. So also is THE RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD. It is sown a perishable body, it is raised an imperishable body; it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in GLORY; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown a natural body, IT IS RAISED A SPIRITUAL BODY. If there is a natural body, there is also a SPIRITUAL BODY. So also it is written, "The first man Adam became a living soul," the last Adam LIFE-GIVING SPIRIT. - 1 Corinthians 15:41-45.

These things his disciples did not understand at the first but when JESUS WAS GLORIFIED, then they remembered that these things were written of him, and that they had done these things to him. - John 12:16

Now, Father, GLORIFY ME.... John 17:5.

Jesus was not yet glorified when he was praying, but if Jesus did not have this glory when he was praying, and if he was praying to receive it, and if he was not glorified until God raised him from the dead, why then was he speaking about this glory in John 17 as if he already had it?

In verse 24, we find Jesus referring to the glory the Father had given to him even though he is not yet glorified. He says, "The glory which You have given to me for you loved me before the foundation of the world."

These two verses need to be carefully compared:

Now, Father, glorify me together with Yourself, with THE GLORY WHICH I HAD WITH YOU before the world was. - v.5

My GLORY WHICH YOU HAVE GIVEN ME, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world. - v.24

When we compare these two verses, the truth of the matter becomes very clear. The man Jesus, who was praying in the garden was completely aware that he had been loved by his God and Father before the world was. He was the human Lamb slain from the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8) and this human Lamb was foreknown before the foundation of the world (1 Peter 1:20). Although he himself was not yet glorified, that glory was given by the Father to his human Son before the foundation of the world. God the Father glorified Jesus when He raised him from the dead and indeed, God was finished with all his work since the foundation of the world (Hebrews 4:3). Jesus is saying that his glorification was a done deal before creation because God the Father, in His love for his human son Jesus, had PURPOSED it to occur.

So will My Word be which goes forth from My mouth. It will not return to Me empty, without ACCOMPLISHING WHAT I PURPOSE, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. - Isaiah 55:11.

      Was Jesus Created?

      Let's begin with this example:

Eve was not created. (She came to “BE” because she was “GOTTEN” from the man).

How was she “gotten” from the man?

She was not made from the dust of the ground as a separate complete being. The man Adam was “complete” as a physical being, by himself, standing alone with all his ribs.

Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Genesis 2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him.

      Genesis 2:21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;

Genesis 2:22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. What was Eve before God brought her to Adam?

Eve was Adam’s rib: bone and flesh!

For Eve to “BE”, she was “GOTTEN” from Adam, as a rib. The rib came from the man. She was “begotten” from the man. She was not created! The rib BECAME Eve!

Genesis 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh (same composition) she shall be called Woman, because “she was taken out of Man.”

Genesis 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Even though they are two different persons, they are one flesh! (same composition).

The reason we must begin with this example is because (as I have been told by my teachers) that there is “DUALITY” in the things of God our creator - Duality.

Man comes into being after conception and begettal by his human father.

Just as Eve was be-gotten “from” the man Adam, so Jesus was be-gotten "from" God, becoming the ONLY begotten of God who "became" His Father.

Two separate individuals composed of the same composition - Spirit.

Was Adam’s rib with him always - yes. Was Eve with Adam always – yes, as his rib. (Flesh of his flesh, bone of his bone).

Can we then make this statement:

In the beginning was the rib, and the rib was with Adam, and the rib was Adam.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God.

Can we see that Jesus is God just like the rib is man, and Eve was man?

Jesus said, if you have seen me you have seen the Father.

The Father and I are one.

After God finished making the man and the woman, He called THEM Adam!

Genesis 5:2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam… two separate individuals composed of the same flesh (same composition) one man-kind.

There are two separate individuals composed of Spirit, called GOD.

That’s why Jesus is God, the only begotten of the Father – the only true God!

Jesus was NOT created. He always was with, and in the Father, just like the rib was always with and in Adam. The Word of God was "begotten into a separate individual existence", and came "from" God the Father as the only begotten son of God, as Eve was be-gotten into existence, from the rib of Adam.

John 16:27 For the Father himself loves you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

John 17:8 For I have given unto them the words which thou gave me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.

John 17:22 And the glory which thou gave me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: Jesus was not created - He was ALWAYS one with God - and IS God, the Lord.

PandN- I can't help but go back to the verse in John 17: 5 (NKJV) which states: 5 "And now Oh Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which "I" had with You before the world was."

This suggests the Jesus Christ existed as "The Word" before earth was created. Are you suggesting that "the Word" was a created spirit being in the "beginning"? There not much in Revelation that answers this unless you know or understand something I don't. Again, I'm looking for clarity.

Like lifegate, I'm a bit confused too.

I do agree with your statement regarding the beginning verses of Revelation.

And in Revelation chapter 5 it clearly describes who the Lamb is and who God is. And I also agree on the point you made regarding this chapter.

      God bless.

I have to admit, sometimes I get confused by your hubs, so if you could help me here, I'd appreciate it. Are you saying that Jesus Christ is a son of God, but not God come in the flesh. In other words, Christ is not deity? Thanks in advance.
