Pisces- February 19-March 20

Pisces is the twelfth sign of the zodiac and represented by the fish. Pisces women are very unique creatives, sensitive and intuitive by nature. Most have a quiet and gentle nature about them, while others are more on the outspoken side. Pisces women care very much about the feelings of others since they are so sensitive to getting their own hurt very easily. They are very nurturing individuals that often place the needs and wants of others above their own. This is what makes them very good friends and parents. Let's see what else lies beyond the cool surface of the fish..

Still waters run deep and this couldn't be more true when it comes to the Pisces woman. She's so calm and collected on the surface, but there's so much more happening below. Pisces woman are so intuitive by nature they are almost psychic. In fact, many of them are! It's like they know what you are going to say and do before you actually do it. Their six sense and woman's intuition is highly in tune so you might want to get your facts straight before trying to pull one over on them. Actually make it a rule to never lie to a Pisces woman because she can see right through you and will feel very disrespected because you just tried to get away with lying to her. She knows much more than she speaks and she'll appreciate you telling her the truth, no matter how hard it may be. Just remember to do it gently.

Pisces women get a bad reputation for being very needy in relationships. Their only flaw is that they know what they want and they expect the same from their partner. Pisces women are very vocal about what they want from their partner. They are not shy about communicating all their feelings and emotions. They wear their heart on their sleeves and want their partner to do the same. This can seem needy to their partner of another sign who is not used to putting their emotions on display. That is why it's very important for a Pisces woman in particular to have a partner who belongs to the water element like herself. A Pisces woman does best with a Scorpio and Cancer partner. They would understand the need for deep communication of all feelings and emotions since they are made from the same cloth. An earth sign such as Capricorn, Virgo, or Taurus might be another good match for the sensitive Pisces woman. Air signs like Aquarius, Gemini, and Libra would not be a good match for Pisces because they are too aloof and closed off to their emotions to fully satisfy the Pisces women. Fire signs like Sagittarius, Leo, and Aries are simply not compatible by nature. They would not resonate with each other at all because they're far too different.

Pisces women can get taken advantage of often in relationships because of their kind and giving nature. Pisces are known to keep putting up with issues and not complaining in order to keep their partner happy. Pisces themselves may be miserable, but they'll put on a happy face because they want to please their partner and not ruffle any feathers. When a Pisces woman does decide to speak up, you know it's long overdue and she's put up with more than anyone deserves to. Many men will exploit and abuse a Pisces woman because they think she's too soft spoken and kind to defend herself. They might be right for awhile, but when a Pisces woman has had enough she will walk away and rarely will she look back. She might forgive you, but she'll never forget what you put her through.

The thing to remember about Pisces women is that they need a lot of attention in relationships. They need to be told they are loved and needed on a daily basis. They can be clingy if they are feeling like their partner is not being open to them and giving them what they feel they deserve. Pisces women need to be around their partner constantly, or at least in constant communication through texts and phone calls. You can't go days without talking to your Pisces woman, she'll go crazy with worry and will think something is seriously wrong. She needs that reassurance from her partner that everything is going along smoothly in their relationship and she needs it often. This will make her open her heart to her partner and make him the center of her universe. A Pisces woman's love knows no bounds when she's aware of what she means to you.

Pisces women are the type to always be in relationships. Seriously, very rarely will you find them single and on their own. They have a fear of loneliness that prevents them from staying single too long. Sometimes it seems like they would rather be miserable with someone else rather than happy on their own. They need a partner, sometimes any partner, to be there for them. Pisces women need someone by their side because the harsh realities of life might just be too much for their sensitive nature.

Pisces women make great friends. They will do anything for the people they care about. They are always there to lend an ear and will listen to you talk for hours about your problems. They also give the best advice because they are so intuitive by nature, they seem to have all the answers to people's dilemmas. Pisces women can make great therapists because they have so much empathy and patience for their fellow human beings. Pisces women also make great parents because they are so nurturing and kind by nature. They might actually smoother their kids with love and be overprotective because they care so much. When their kids are grown though, the children of Pisces will appreciate their mother's concern for them.

If you are dating a Pisces woman and you feel that your relationship has run its course, break up with her gently. This is the one sign that needs extra sensitivity when it comes to breaking up because they are so sensitive and take everything so personally. When breaking up with a Pisces woman, start by saying all the things you love about her and remind her of all the good times you had together. Gently ease into the reasons why you believe it's better for you to part at this time. Make it seem like it's for the better good of the both of you, not that you're just being selfish and want to explore other options. If you present it to her in a way that she understands and can deal with, maybe you can even part as friends. Pisces women are nice enough that they will keep being friends with their ex partners long after the relationship is over.

In the end, you will not regret dating a Pisces woman. Even if it doesn't work out in the long run, you know it was real while it lasted. Pisces women don't fake happiness in a relationship, so you know what you had was authentic. At least you'll always have the memories you made and you'll know what it feels like to really be loved and cared for because nobody cares as hard as a Pisces woman does. If it had to end maybe it's because you just weren't ready for that intense type of love that a Pisces woman gives, it's certainly not for everyone!
