The Vitality in Philosophy

Joe is a college student with an interest in philosophy, mainly focused on improving himself so that he may benefit others.

The Vitality in Philosophy Comes from Knowing Your True Self

Finding who you really are in this world can be a challenge, and many live day to day not fully realizing what true potential they have. Without a clear identity, the path to peace can be tricky and overbearing, and may lead to misunderstanding the reason for your existence. With some help, you can find yourself and what you are meant to be in this world without having to guess and stress.

How Do I Start This New Journey of Mine?

To start your achievements, look at yourself and think what you may be worth. Now, plant the idea that within every human being there is limitless potential and in turn no worth that can be pinned on you. The idea of self worth is in itself, a limitation, and should be forgotten. To find yourself, you need to see that this character of yours is not set in stone, and can be changed for the better.

Great Ways to Find Your Identity:

  • Scan your past and find what you love to do. Looking into the past can trigger pleasant memories that can help influence what you might want to become or who you may be. Try to remember certain people who influenced you and what you want to be for them
  • Ask a friend what they think about you. While this can be a very personal question, if taken seriously this question can lead to good answers to what others think about you and how your character influences them on a daily basis. While a good friend is a good person to go to, sometimes a new or fresh friend can give a better answer on who you appear to be.

Having a Clear Personality Can Help Develop You Into a Better Person

Once you realize your strengths and faults, the potential you have can seem a bit clearer. Improving your personality can be tricky and take some time, but the feeling of improvement and understanding will benefit your mindset!

What Do I Do With This New Understanding of Myself?

This new development can be taken in any direction you wish. A good improvement in selflessness can lead to a successful life in medicine, while a boost in confidence can help conceive a new buisness that can take the market by storm. The thing about knowing yourself is that it can widen your opportunities and open new windows that may lead your life in the direction you want. So, take this new life of yours with both hands and use it to your advantage!
