Peace an important aspect of life that we usually ignore
The Need of ‘Peace'
We can earn everything which includes luxuries, accessories, comfort of all kinds and satisfaction to some extent, but one thing that we can never buy or earn is called ‘Peace’. Due to the impact of hectic life, most of us try to find peace and happiness, but we do not know whether we are going towards a right path to get the peace? Every one of us has his own definition of peace, someone finds peace in reading books, some going to a lonely place, meditation, meeting an old-time friend or someone likes a good work out. Yet, at the end, something is always missing and as a result, we do not get that calmness of mind we want.
Reasons for Being Unsuccessful
What are reasons for it? We really don’t know. If we precisely think the reason of being unsuccessful in getting peace of mind is a lack of patience and the power of anger that is destroying our ability to achieve the peace of mind. We know anger and peace cannot go together and only one of them has to exist with us. Holding anger is also not as easy as we think and if a person tries to hold it who has less patience, he might get burnt out of it.
Eternal Peace of Heart
Everything is important for smoothness of our daily routine. However, peace is such an important aspect of life that we usually ignore or even do not realize. It not only depends on our efforts but also on the surrounding and the people we live within. To get peace and happiness in life we need to correct ourselves and even our surrounding needs to be in our favor. Since it comes from within, all our relations also need to be nourished to get love and peace. In fact giving and getting peace in life is not difficult as we normally think. But love and the feeling of sacrifice for others always brings the eternal peace of heart like never before. First, we should have the destination chosen where peace of mind and the utmost satisfaction is felt by us. After fixing up the destination we need to work towards earning it every second. Even if we are very much dedicated to earning satisfaction and peace, there are many reasons that might affect and play a role of hindrance between us and our destination
Importance of calmness
Don't become a Matter of Anxiety
There are also many instances that can be considered in today’s world where we can see how people around us also gets affected by the other person and many a times do not even realize that we become a matter of anxiety and obstacle in someone's life where we obstruct and distrust it and focus towards the destination of a person’s life. We might enjoy the little difficulties that we create or become a hurdle in somebody’s life, but in the long run we are left with empty hands. Because it does not come with disturbing the happiness of others, but comes with the feeling of charity and love for others. If someone is isolated and kept away from his destination or what he or she wants then it might result in making him/her a rigid person, and turn things the other side. It is such an important issue of life that might be neglected for a while, but in the long run it requires the most for a healthy and happy life. If I am not wrong then all my friends who are reading this ‘piece’ would agree that after a tiring schedule of life we always like to have a heavenly ‘five minutes of peace’ away from the daily routine of life for the restoration of our energy. Spending a few minutes every day to find out about the work you have done and further making out a solution if anything goes wrong will be a perfect example of getting peace.
Bring Inner Peace
Bringing inner peace through creativity can give us calmness and peace of mind. In our normal day-to-day life, we often use our left brain to understand, question, judge people around us. Whereas the right side brain is connected to listening music, emotions and creativity. This sometime makes us dull, tired and imbalances our mind. Meditation is, however, is a perfect field of creativity and ideas to flow from our mind. When our mind is in balance, it refreshes and re-energize us and as a result the quality of creativity wells up.
Some Different ways to have Peace in Life
A child gets peace in the arms of his/her mother.
A partner gets peace of life when his/her hand is held by his/her who works along all the difficulties of life with him/her.
A homeless gets peace under a shelter.
A beggar gets peace with the piece of bread.
The fire of hunger gets peace with food.
Love gets peace in the heart of someone.
An old aged gets peace in the words of respect.
A relation gets peace with the pillars of trust and understanding.
And at last, a soul gets peace when meets in the eternity.
Keep Feelings of Love and Kindness
When we feel love and kindness towards people, it makes them happy and in turn it also gives us inner peace and happiness. Thus, a word of five alphabets (peace) bearings and adds a lot of meaning in life and gives a matter to live for. We need to understand that all of us easily make mistakes and every one of us has a different way of thinking, working and even eating. Therefore, we need to be strong in love and affection as controlling anger is possible only when we have nothing adverse in our mind except love and passion for life. And the main object for all of us is to learn the way they are and stop changing others. Perhaps this is the only way that will help us get peace in our daily life.
