VISITATIONS by Merwin

Updated on December 21, 2012

God Expressing Himself Through His People
“Visitations”
As given to – Merwin

A couple of weeks back, my best friend Roger asked me, “Doesn’t every believer have the ability to cast out demons?”

I waited a half a second or two for the answer to be given to me then said, “Yes they do, because they all have Jesus living in them, and the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy (Rev 19:10*). But the Lord doesn’t have everybody doing it… not everybody is called to the deliverance ministry.”

More recently, Roger has been experiencing intense visitations by our Holy Spirit, now it is by the Holy Spirit of our Most High God, that we have the truth that Jesus lives in us. But, when we have what is called “visitations” in the Christianese language, God makes His ever abiding Spirit more pronounced, He makes us more aware.

Anyway… Roger has been recently “visited” and through these visitations the Spirit, or more accurately Jesus, has been expressing Himself through Roger on Facebook.

We might ask why..?

Jesus wants us all to be more aware, that he intends on expressing Himself more and more through His children, His ambassadors, His vessels, His conduits, HIS BETROTHED.

As a result of a recent miraculous healing that Jesus did, through Roger (I am careful how to convey this to you), the person healed was thanking Roger with a look of wonder and astonishment on her as if - he had been the healer. Roger flatly told her “it wasn’t me… Jesus healed you.” When Roger and I were discussing this, I rephrased his comment this way, “You were healed by the Living Water, I am just His garden hose.”

Roger’s recent visitations have been God advising all his believers to be expecting Him to EXPRESS Himself through you… his Bride. His Expressions through His children may not be casting out demons, or Jesus, healing people under your hands, but it might be. It could be things that are more subtle, like encouraging a new acquaintance that their difficulties in their marriage can be healed by forgiveness and mutual encouragements.

As we all know none of us are perfect, God does not have vessels that are perfect on this side of glory. So when He “visits” you, put your “worthiness” out of your mind… do not let the enemy use your lack to make you bury that talent, allow the Spirit to Express Himself through you.

More to come…
As given to Merwin.

*Revelation 19:10
And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, "See [that you do] not [do that]! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."

Excellent, this is exactly what happened to me in the power of Gods presence and the evidence of tongues unlike ever before and the urgency with which god said to me to take back what had been taken from me by the authority in Christ Jesus name and the dominion, as well as liberating the captives by the same name and power in the name of Jesus!
