What A Wondeful World This Could Be

Updated on April 17, 2012

What God wants for us and what happens through ours lives don't always measure up. From the moment of our birth our lives are left to chance. Our free will and freedom of choice get in his way sometimes, not letting him offer us a life full of love, laughter and happiness he wants for us.

By letting go of our free will and opening our hearts to God our lives become quiet, peaceful and serene. Others measure their wealth by adding up the value of their belongings and even then, they don't share in the happiness of those who live their lives of faith, family and friends. Buying happiness is a never ending battle that will never been won because money will never buy you the happiness a life lived in faith does.

When the helping hand of God reaches out to you and you choose to ignore it, you leave yourself open for unhappiness and despair. Your choices when made without faith as your guide takes you on journey's with many obstacles, detours and multiple roadblocks. That journey takes longer than it should, exposing you to heartbreak and senseless tragedies. When you're ready to let go of that freewill that when left unattended by God's love his hand will be there, all you need to do, is put your hand in his.

I'm not saying that with God by our side, by opening our hearts to God that we won't face difficulties in our lives because we have and we will continue to because life isn't without challenges. Though, by facing these challenges with God by our side, we have the courage to handle them, to learn from them and to get through them.

My life has been plagued with tragic losses and multiple challenges due to these loses, mental health issues and the difficulties they've caused within my life. My abilities to handle these weren't easy yet with my faith, my family and my friends I have survived. Having God as my guide to survival has made the difference between my success and the failure that would have been reaching out and placing my hand in Gods.

God wants nothing for us except a life of love, happiness, peace and serenity. He can help us achieve those goals if we let him. Imagine how much better your life would be if you Let Go and Let God.

Good read. I like to read about people that have given their life to God. If you will walk and talk with Him God will show you the way.

Catzgendron: Who told you that your life is left to chance from birth.

Man does not have "Free Will" BUT, Man does have

      "Free Choice"

This is a huge confusion that people seem to have. There is no way on earth, that you or any other person can "Will" something, but you can "Choose" something.

Everything from the second you are born, until the day you die, was set in motion by God, by your parents, by family and eventually by you yourself.

Choices are made nobody wills them except God, and then someone chooses the path one is to follow.
