What happens when God is in you?

Updated on June 7, 2011

When He is in you, you have become a new person
2Co 5:17 “So that if any one is in Christ, that one is a new creature; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”
Remember when you are “in Christ” He is in you to.

When He is in you, you are made righteous
2Co 5:21“For He has made Him who knew no sin, to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”

When He is in you, you have hope
Col1:27“To whom God would make known what [is] the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory”

Rom 5:1-5 “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: (2) By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. (3) And not only [so], but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; (4) And patience, experience; and experience, hope: (5) And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.”

When he is in you, you have strength
Fil4:13“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

II Cor 12:9-10 “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for My strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (10) Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

When He is in you, you have faith
Rom 10:17“So then faith [cometh] by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

All of us are born with a measure of faith but God will continuously stretch your faith in many different ways in order for your faith to grow. It’s simple, you need to practise (use) your faith and the more you do so, the more your faith will grow!

When He is in you, people will be drawn to you
God’s light (Son) shines upon you and into you and because it does His Son will shine forth from you onto others, which will draw people to you. And more often than not, these people will want to know what you have that makes you so happy. And there you go; now you can tell them about God.
Remember even though it might be overcast, the sun is still shining behind the clouds and can break through the clouds at any moment. The clouds are normally your problems and close to you (around you). The sun is so far away but it is so strong that it can make your problems (clouds) disappear in an instant.

So does His Son shine upon you; within you and from you!
Be Blessed!!!!!

Hi Madeline. Thank you for your comment. How wonderful is it to know that He is making you the purpose for which you have been created for from the INSIDE?

When God is in you, you become the person that He intended you to be.
