Sowing seeds into the heart of man, alongside the help of the Holy Spirit.

Updated on August 25, 2014

The closest thing to the heart of God.

Because the Sovereign Lord helps me,
I will not be disgraced.
Therefore have I set my face like flint,
and I know I will not be put to shame....

Isaiah 50:7 New International Version (NIV)

In these last days, when God's world is contaminated by unbelief, wickedness, and ungodly pleasures, God's protocol is even more drastic. The youth are preoccupied with video games. The teens with drugs. The singles with chasing money. The middle-aged with making a living. The older and the seniors with finding income for their future.

Witnessing faces false witnesses, ridicule, the very things which the lost find so easily. But sowing into the lost, the closest thing to the heart of God, is not a priority. The lost fall into the insatiable gates of hell far more than the lost are reached.

The importance of speaking God's Word to others and sowing seeds

An excerpt Ezekiel 3:16-20

16 At the end of seven days the word of the Lord came to me: 17 “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me. 18 When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life, that wicked person will die for[a] their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. 19 But if you do warn the wicked person and they do not turn from their wickedness or from their evil ways, they will die for their sin; but you will have saved yourself.

The blood on our hands from disobedience of God's commands can bring us to a premature death in God' plans, His provisions, His purposes and even a premature physical death. We can lose blessings. We can fall short of God's perfect Will and find ourselves wasting our time, our efforts, and everything we own may feel its after effects.

An excerpt from Ezekiel 3: 20,21

20 “Again, when a righteous person turns from their righteousness and does evil, and I put a stumbling block before them, they will die. Since you did not warn them, they will die for their sin. The righteous things that person did will not be remembered, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. 21 But if you do warn the righteous person not to sin and they do not sin, they will surely live because they took warning, and you will have saved yourself.”

Message From Jesus - PRE TRIBULATION RAPTURE (Extremely important!!)

A word about this message from Jesus to this young girl

This young girl has a Word from the Lord. Imagine this young one keeping it to herself. Imagine the people she has saved with this simple Word from the Lord. Imagine her fear, and her anxiety just before the camera's red light turned on. The Word speaks of the Lord giving the timely words as needed when we stand before kings. Ezekiel mentions the importance of making your face as a flint. It speaks of honoring the Lord with your gifts and callings to reach out to the lost. The priority of reaching out to the lost is not to be taken lightly. God the Father is patient to reach us to reach the lost. We must go into the deep where the lost are. To much is given, much is expected...

Creative versions of the Parable of the Sower

The parable of the sower is a unique parable and is well known by Christians. It is one of many Kingdom minded parables and it proves God's faithfulness to reach out to the lost through us. It is like God gave us this scripture from the four gospels because of the types of situations sowers of the Word are confronted with. The closest thing to the heart of God is souls. And He relies on our obedience to reach them. He relies on our hands, our minds, our heart, our prayers.

As witnesses for Christ we are to reach out and sow into the hearts of others. We are invited by the Holy Spirit to knock on the hearts of those who are without Christ. Those hearts may not be ready, the ground may be rocky, the weeds may be over grown, the birds may steal the seed...

Without obeying, souls have fallen into the abyss of hell, their bloods on our hands. But the yield of the harvest on fertile soil can be a 30, 60, 100 fold return.

Distinct versions of the Parable of the Sower are shown here. The imagination of God's people can minister to His heart as they go out into the deep.

Jesus parable of the sower

As we venture out into the great commission, it is important to remind God of His exponential power of growth. For seed to reach fertile soil, it is required for the sower to rely on the Holy Spirit. The Wind of the Holy Spirit should push the hand of the sower over the needed soil. His guidance brings time and opportunity together. His pain when we disobey can be felt by any listener as long as that listener has his ear to the Heart of the Father.

The Father, the Husbandman of the soul, through thanksgiving and prayer can converse life to the seed. His growth does what the sower, and the one who waters cannot... He resurrects the dead seed into life.

Jesus, the speaker of the parable, whose authority grants the Father to move His Hand and the Spirit to blow over earth. Jesus sowed into the heart of man even knowing what was in man. He walked among the lost, never judging. Now, the Jesus in us compels us to speak His grace and mercy to those beside us.

Of the kingdom. God's truth. Thank you. The Kingdom of Heaven, God's Truth sown by His own into the hearts of people who are ready or who are not ready. God's Kingdom, His statutes, precepts, the authority of His Son and the redemptive truths. The Kingdom lifestyle, the promises of God. The Word speaks about the Kingdom as a mystery, to some, the Father reveals, to others ever seeing but not perceiving. I see God sowing the seed. I see Jesus doing it. I see it is expected of us. I enjoyed you comments. Do continue to do so. Thank you!

I hope the following will help you to understand the true meaning of the "Parable of the Sower."

Mattew 13: 18-23 18 Therefore hear the parable of the sower. 19 When anyone hears the word OF THE KINGDOM, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is he who receives seed by the wayside. 20 But he who receives the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word [ OF THE KINGDOM ] and immedately receives it with joy; 21 yet he has no root in himself, , but endure only for a while. For when when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word [OF THE KINGDOM ] immedately he stumbles. 22 Now he who receives seed amonge the thorns is he who hears the word [OF THE KINGDOM ], and the cares of the world and the deceitfulness of riches chokes the word [OF THE KINGDOM ], and he become unfruitful. 23 But he who receives seed on good ground is he who hears the word [ OF THE KINGDOM ] and underastand it, who indeed bears fruit and produces; some a hundred-fold, some sixty, some thirty.

I hope this will help you to understand this parable.

      God bless
