Wicca, Wicka, and Witchcraft

A lot of people now a days are spelling the craft of Wicca like "wicka". Mainly its the younger witches who lean more on a path of traditional witchcraft. So I thought I would make a mini free eCourse like a school of witchcraft in order to teach people about wicka or Wicca.

Hello! Welcome to my series of HubPages designed to teach you more about wicka. I write these hubs sort of like a book checking comments and adding chapters, spells and articles often. Personally I am so exited to be on this journey and I plan to give you all the information as best I can.

What should I learn about?

You can use the search bar to find my other witchcraft articles. You can find anything about wicka here and you should spend some time reading and learning as much about wicka as you can. Please leave me a comment when you finish this hub. I am excited to read what the millions of people on HubPages think.

What is Wicka and where does it come from?

Wicka is a new form of Wicca, or witchcraft used by modern traditional witches. It really is the foreign form of Wicca, the pagan and witchcraft religion. Wicka and Wicca are one and the same. Some people think otherwise but it really is the same. Wicca has been around for longer and wicka is new to the pagan community as we find better ways to communicate with other people around this world.

*This is just my personal opinion on wicka, yours might be different and that's fine. I just wanted to discuss my feelings with everyone. :)

Some interesting ideas on Wicka

* Wicka is really the same thing as wicka. Wicka is the foreign word for Wicca.
* Wicka can mean anything from candle magick to real witchcraft.

Interesting, I didn't know about the new spelling. I always thought it was just people making mistakes when coming across it.
