Can Noetics Change the World?

Having just read Dan Brown's novel "The Lost Symbol's The ideas and concepts of Noetics have been playing around in my mind.

Noetics for all those who don't know, is a branch of metaphysical philosophy concerned with the study of mind, and faith, and it's effect on the physical world. In the book Katharine Solomon is able to measure the weight of the soul. this revolutionary scientific evidence of man’s conscience poses to change the world and bring forth a new age of enlightenment.

But would the knowledge that the soul exists, really alter the consciences of the populace? Would absolute proof that prayer works, change how people live? Would the awareness that our thoughts, good or bad, can alter the physical world transform humanity into something better than it is?

Perhaps, I’m to much of a skeptic when it comes to human nature, but people are too ego centric, to truly change. I want to believe that people are basically good. And as long as it doesn’t effect them, they care about there neighbor, but once you suggest that they don’t buy that plasma TV, or new car, and give the money to the poor, or change there lives one iota, to benefit their fellow man, and you have riots in the streets, protest in Washington, and legislative filibusters, Just look at what is happening with Health Care.

Dr. Masaru Emoto research shows the negative and positive effects on Water Crystals

Reading the book, reminded me of a movie I once say called “What the bleep do we know?” and the experiments of Dr. Masaru Emoto. He photographed water and documented the effect of negative or positive emotions as they formed into ice crystals. But has that knowledge, changed the world, has it made us more positive, less negative? Do we care about each other anymore? Well maybe since it doesn’t really effect how we live, more people could be encouraged to take a moment to think positive a thought

So, since I’m laid off and trying to keep a roof over my head, feed my family, and survive in the world, I reach out to all my readers please think a positive thought toward me, maybe it will change my life, maybe it will help me get new job, and I in turn will think a positive thought toward you.

Thanks and Peace

P.S. I wouldn't mind a prayer or two either.

Yes Jerry, I am absolutely positive that Humanity has the capacity to transform the world by changing the way they think; the real meaning of repent. The key is in a critical mass number of 777,000 individuals discovering the truth of existence. 15 years ago my husband Craig and I were in Jerusalem and launched on a journey of discovery. The most important thing we discovered was the Ancient Mysteries can be applied in a practical manner to improve the world for everyone. In a nut shell the Mysteries reveal how transform the world. This has led to the Know Thyself Initiative which we have developed to share with 777,000 individuals who want to change the world for the better. It sounds as if you may well be one of the 777,000 and you may want to check out the information on our web site Either way, I will hold you in my thoughts and prayers. Suzzan

Over 30 years ago I was working in medicine in Houston. I heard about a 6 y.o. child who had a malignant tumor in his brain. His mom brought a boom box to his room and played classical music CDs because they soothed him. The boy closed his eyes and used the notes as "bullits", sending them to bombard the tumor. Within 2 weeks the tumor was gone. The baffled doctors considered it a miracle. I've been studing the possibilities ever since. We're all untapped batteries of power.
