Karma, basically is the belief of Hindist. If we do something good, we will get good thing; but if we do something bad, we also will get bad thing one time in the future.
But in Islam, we do not believe in Karma thoroughly, but only partly -- and it is also in different scope. There is no guarantee, if you do something good, you will also get good things instantly, it needs process. Furthermore, if you do something bad (sins), you will get the return (bad luck) if you do not as for forgiveness to whom you did it, soon or later or in the day after as well as to Allah (the God)..... But, if you are forgiven, the matters will be different.
If you do not respect your parents, never hope your children will respect you; If you are stingy, never hope other will be generous to you; if do not do homage to your God, never hope your God will help you at the time you need Him.
