Not if-When! And there will be no doubt...
Revelation 19:11-16, "Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: King of Kings and Lord of Lords."

Absolutely, everyone will intuitively know when the Savior of the World, Jesus Christ returns to His earth, though there will be many who will not believe it is Him.

When He comes, we will know.  "And every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God."

The Bible says all eyes will see Him. Both those that pierce Him and those who spat on Him. It is not going to be a secret or national event. It is going to be global and universal. The whole creation would shake that day.

When Jesus Returns to earth, I will definitely know Him and He will know me, for He is My Brother.

We certainly will know when he returns - believer or not. Why? Well there would be something different about his presence as of the norm, Animals such as the lion and all other living creatures will react differently towards each other as well as towards humans. Disease and sickness will disappear forever. An indication that the "man is back!"

Unless someone shoots him not knowing it's Jesus, and thinking it's just an ordinary zombie, I think we will. He'll probably want to hang out with lady gaga and justin bieber. He'll be in Letterman, Conan, Colbert and all those shows, all over the news, and he'll probably have his own official website, Facebook, and Twitter, to literally gather as many followers as he can, and why not even a hubpages account smile

Nobody would know him if he came back in this age so you'll have to wait until this age is over and we all get new immortal bodies in paradise. Then we'll know the true God.
