Absolutely, there are so many benefits it's hard to know where to start without getting too long-winded.
I find it helps me reconnect with my source - to feel that "connectedness" to others as well.
It clears my mind of racing thoughts and clutter - which allows me to see answers to my questions more clearly. It also gives my mind room to "open up" to new possibilities and opportunities.
It relaxes and soothes body, mind, and spirit
It ensures I take time for myself and allow myself to be a priority in my life - which leads of course to being healthier and happier :)
