Yes. I've been doing dreamwork for many years in many different ways. I find if people keep a journal of our dreams, we dream more frequently, and remember them more easily. To keep a dream journal, simply keep a notebook by your bed, and write them down as soon as they come up. Then tuck them in for a day or two before you come back, read the journal, and try to make sense of them.
If you've been having difficult dreams or nightmares, then, as you go to sleep, say, "Please, I want to understand your message. Dream, please come to me in a gentler way." I find that, when I do this, I get a similar dream with less fear, hear its lesson, and learn the message.
