I would have to  say  the best thing I ever did was when I  gave my  heart to The Lord. Now I  write for Him and that is the best thing that I  do now. I  have written poems  for years  but I  never tried to  do  anything with them , I  did not get much encouragement   until I  started to  send them  to  friends in  emails and they  kept sending to  others . I did get encouragement then and I  put them on another website .I  told God years ago I would write for Him alone and He has kept me supplied with ideas.what to write.

I think the best thing I ever did was donate my eggs. My husband was against me doing this but I felt so strongly I had to. I already had two children and didn't plan to have any more.
I donated them anonymously and I hope they went to a nice family (families). The doctors and nurses were all very supportive of my decision and assisted me where they could.

So, for me, that is something I am proud to have done.

Went fishing with my father at the age of five. I'm still going and I'm now 65. I'd say, yes, it is the best thing that I have ever done and will keep on doing it till they yank my fishing pole from my cold and lifeless hands.

Accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour!  And devoting my life to Him!  I want nothing else.  He is so good to me:)

Bringing up my children to understanding the right way of giving help to others without any benefits. It simply means they helped others without thinking of any returns.

It is hard to teach kids the right moral as I have witnessed many children are being spoiled. I hope that it will change so that we can start caring for one another.

This might not sound like a lot, but it was a huge thing in my life.  The best thing I ever did was perform live playing acoustic guitar.  I know that doesn't sound so impressive - but in order for someone to realize what an accomplishment it was for me - they would have to understand how cripplingly shy I used to be.  It was a monumental thing...for the first time I beat shyness.

I must say this is truely a reflective question; yet after searching my mind I would say the best thing I ever did was to escape my mother's womb without having any issues.

The best thing that I have ever done was to receive Christ Jesus as my Lord and Savior.

The second best thing that I ever did was share God's love with my children, showing them how to walk the walk as well as talk the talk.

The third best thing I ever did was fight tooth and nail for custody of my children.

The fourth best thing I ever did was take my children out of school in favor of home-based education.

The fifth best thing I ever did was to pray over my family each and every day.

The sixth best thing I ever did was to play with my children.

The seventh best thing I ever did was learn to stand my ground and not compromise Godly standards for personal gain.

Three best things:  Adopt one precious little boy, and then give birth to another precious little boy, and then give birth to a precious little girl - and watch them grow and turn into the people they are today.  In other words, my "best" thing is having built my family.

Marry my husband and then have his children.  Changed my life and I get a kick out of the whole thing every day.

In addition to accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, I think it will always be that I translated the New Testament into a minority language in Asia for people who could not understand it, otherwise.

The best thing that I have ever done is to truly trust that God is with me. I knew it with my mind...and in theory but it took sometime for it to sink in that He really would carry me thru the troubled times.

All I need to do is reach out and place my hand in His 'whenever'...He is everpresent. I  know this for certain as so many challenges have occurred to make me believe it is so.

Best thing I ever did was marry my crazy husband and come live in Croatia - which looked absolutely insane at the time.  Have never regretted it smile

The best thing I ever did was to make the decision to leave my stable lucrative career and change countries and cultures to start a new life with my long-distance boyfriend. Nothing was more terrifying than to move away from stability, family and friendships but I only realise now that I had to break out of my 'bubble' in order to see the amazing opportunities that lay ahead of me. I haven't lost family or friendships. I have gained an amazing quality of life, get to spend everyday with the person I love and it makes me wish I had realised how small the world was to begin with. In the end the scariest decision I had to make is now the best decision I ever made.
