   I can't help but wonder why you would ask such a question. No, I have never wished that. Even before I became a born-again Christian that kind of thought never crossed my mind. It seems strange to me. If anything I wish I was a better person.

      I asked that question because I think I have too much of that and I find that often I've been wronged by people whose principles are questionable and because I have too many moral principles I don't fight back like they deserve...

      Ah...I see.....well, keep on keeping on. Your integrity is one of your most valuable possessions. When you walk the high road, others who have chosen to walk the low road will want to pull you down to their level. Don't let them. Keep your chin up!

   That thought never come across in my mind. Why should it be?
   
   In view of the current society, it is saddened to see that there are people who are having less moral principles and I do hope that it will change as it was before.
   
   It is my responsibility to teach my kids as the next generation to understand the importance of keeping the moral principles and not to degrade it.

   I don't think its such a strange question.  Presently, I do not wish for less moral principles, but there have been times when I (and other people I know) have thought that knowing less would lessen our responsibility.  It seemed that the people without any moral sense did not have to struggle with the burden of conscience.  However, I have faced that issue and matured to the point where I know that the principles are for my protection, and I'm glad that they guide my life.

   Let's assume for a moment that moral principles are not merely a fabrication of our minds - that is, let's assume that moral principles are established by a Higher Authority. A couple questions jump to mind. What right does this Higher Authority have to dictate what I do? Why does this Higher Authority provide these restrictions?
   As a parent, I remember vividly training my children when they were little. Do NOT hit other people. Do NOT take toys from other kids. Don't throw sand, don't play with electricity, don't throw rocks in the house, the list goes on and on and on. The reason that I taught principles of this kind is that they kept my children safe.
   If I discarded what principles I have, I would assume that I would be walking into a world of danger, so no thank you.

   There are many times as a Christian that I wished that I have had less moral principles. I would love to fight dirty (in arguments) or not have to question if what I did was wrong; however, I think if we got our wish, to have less moral priciples, we would not be happy. Our principles make us who we are, and most of the time we like doing the right thing (but there is nothing wrong with daydreaming a time or two).

   Sometimes, being less moral would help you fit in. Bit a moral person, needn't fit in with the world around them. The world needs to take a leaf from your book. You should regard yourself highly, it's very hard to remain moral in such surroundings.

   Haha, I actually do! Not like immorality, but I do wish I was more okay with the stuff "normal" teenagers do. My idea of a fun day is blogging, working out, doing some photography, reading, watching tv and movies, and just chilling out. Most other people my age enjoy things like getting high and drunk on a daily basis, sleeping until 3 pm, and being around people constantly. I sometimes wish my comfort level was more in that area, because I don't have much in common with my friends anymore. However, I do like myself and the fact that I'm a little different

   I have a strong sense of Justice, which I think causes more pain than virtue in society today, since justice is being abused so much.
