This question prompted by movielardatadare. Just curious if voting or not can be backed by scripture. Or is it just a preference?

Hi royalblkrose. You always give such good answers. I appreciate you taking the time. You are absolutely right. Thank God He is the one really in control.
Thanks lone77star. Prayer is always a good option. Thanks for your response.
Well said point2make. Thank you for taking the time to answer.
I Peter 2:13-15 Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; Or unto governors...
Would be easier to submit to someone I had a say in leading me, but if not then... I Tim. 2:1-3 Pray Thanks
Nothing in the bible or in civil law says I have to vote. I only have to be submissive to government as powers appointed over me, and voting doesn't change the book of Revelation, does it? We can't change what is coming.
You are so right Ceegen. God Bless!
Hi movielardatadare. I hear you. But don't you think by not voting, it leaves the possibility of the one that is obviously against the things of God to win? Thanks for your time.
