Other than it ending erroneously with a preposition, what are your thoughts on this admonishment?

You write " they choose to close their minds exactly what Satan, the Devil wants them to do" this implies that you know exactly what the devil is thinking which of course leads one to logically conclude that you are Satan.
Just keeping an open mind!
It states in the bible that Satan is out to deceive everyone, and that he was a liar and a murderer from the beginning.
So if you do have an open mind, then one should be always be seeking for the truth for themselves.
Could be that Satan wrote the Bible just to throw everyone off track?
Satan is some boogy-boogy term some folks use to hate upon open-minded folks that are not dependent upon dogma dung and actually have the ability to be creative and think for their own selves without the need of silly Shamans, et cetera! Excuses...
Certain parts of the bible have been intentionally mistranslated like the name of the Almighty Yehowah, which is replaced with the word LORD But in the Hebrew scripts the name Yehowah is there. So I would say that Satan has manipulated certain parts
I agree with you on that note, as I have never heard of this admonishment before today. Being open minded has nothing to do with your brain in the first place.
I think it is clear. The poster just wanted to hear our comments. It is always fun and interesting to read what others have to say about things. As for myself, I'm enjoying all the comments.
You can be too open towards a lot of things... For example, many people's fidelity leaks out when their other half is too open. Does that make sense? LOL!
Very funny, Insane Mundane, but when action takes over thoughts, it is no longer a state of mind, but a course of action, which by my standards is a different thing. :)
Yep. It's all about moderation/balance. :)
