Taking more risks may be the answer at 95 but not earlier in life, but it depends upon the individual's life style such as a teenager, a single, person, children, and so forth.
Engaging in risks is dangerous and could result in a senseless death(s) but then again life itself is a risk. If one does not put some risks out there then the individual will never know what they miss. At times, we have to put everything aside and try something new even if it's risky. It's a chance we all have to take at one point or another in our life.
For me, the only regret I would forecast for myself is regretting the things I could not change or have the power to change. Anything other than that, that is within my power...I can change without regrets!
