Justice should be blind, meaning if the law is broken no matter who you are, you should face consequences.
It is only since the 15th century that Lady Justice has been depicted wearing the blindfold. The blindfold represents objectivity in that justice should be meted out objetively without fear or fearvour, regardless of money and power.
Justice is blind; the people in control of justice (i.e. jury, judge) are not blind. The punishment should fit the crime, but instead punishment is based on the person who committed the crime.
People gets frustrated when they are innocent but yet cannot prove it. I do believe it is a matter of time before the truth is out. Be patient and you will get to know the truth.
