Where Does It Mention the Infallibility of the Pope in the Bible?

Yes an atheist has read the bible, scary stuff huh? Anyway I've looked everywhere and I can't even see a mention for the need of a priest, bishop, cardinal, monk, or pope let alone the infallibility of any of them regarding religion...so...location please?
