Why is the Book Laviticus more important than what Jesus The Christ says?


I have seen many people use the scripture from Laviticus and telling us all that those laws in it are supposed to be for us today. I understand some of how those laws came about and things are very different today. Jesus didn't give laws agains certain types of food. He said everything in moderation.

    I was not saying a person could keep the law and be saved. It was always impossible to keep the whole law. Yes, salvation has always been by grace through faith.
