My motivation overall has become how I do something rather than what the something is.
It brings a whole new perspective into my experience of daily life.
I focus on being present, feeling the magic of the moment, giving attentive awareness to the doing. It is being while doing.
This requires no motivation. Simply a natural longing of the heart to be in the Now. When it is working in me, I can 'do' something that my personality opposes, and still with equanimity.
I am not 100% successful in this way, but when my attention is drawn out I just bring it gently back to the present moment.
