That's a good question, the key word here is "spiritually".
IF you give out positive thoughts you attract positive attention. If you hang around negative people you will attract negative attention.
Does it bring fear, yes I think it does. I think we create our own fears with negative thoughts. Its like watching a horror film like Jaws, it scares us to go in the water after the fact. When you do go in, your nerves get the best of you as this negative thought of jaws comes to mind.
Negative thoughts can spiral out of control which in turn leads to more negative thoughts which in turn leads to bigger fears than what you started out with.
However God knows we are human, he created us with emotions, so he also knows these thoughts are in our heads. (well he can read all our minds at once so he knows, no doubt about that) It may be all part of Gods plan, because if we think negative, it may lead us closer to God to help us ward off any negative thought. God is funny that way. He does some strange things his own way which at times makes no sense.
I read in a book about Angels that they know not of the negative world, so yes once again now that I envision back on the book, yes my answer is yes definitely.
The book states if you are praying to God for your baby not to die, the spirit world takes the words die and not as a positive thing and think this is what you want.
Anyway the author of the book suggests that when you pray to pray with positivity and say it like this " I thank you God for letting my baby live"
So yes my answer is yes upon remembering this very chapter from this book.
When things dont turn out we tend to blame God, however he only gives us what we ask for.
Its like the old saying, be careful what you wish for.
Spiritual thoughts sometimes can create fear because waiting on God sometimes pulls our faith and belief right out from under us. Then we do not know which way to turn or what path to go next. However God is a smart being he knows exactly what he wants but still waits for us to ask at times.
But still a question that I am pondering on, it is a very good question.
