Do you believe in modern revelation?

Could God reveal new scripture today or has everything already been revealed?

If everything has been revealed, then we'd see more people walking on water. We would see more love in the world. We would have peace, prosperity and abundance for everyone.

We've had a modern revelation in the form of Kabbalah coming out of hiding. After thousands of years, we now have access to the secrets of Kabbalah.

We now know that the first five books of the Bible were written by Kabbalists. I was stunned 15 years ago to discover their "Tree of Life" matrix embedded in 2 chapters of Genesis.

As Jesus told his disciples, there were some things he could not teach them, because they were not yet ready. Not long after Jesus died, some Jews did achieve full equivalence of form with the Creator and one of them wrote the Zohar -- the chief book of Kabbalah. Then he immediately buried the book, because humanity was not yet ready for it. He knew that man would not be ready until Ego had built to sufficient volume in 1995.

A 16th century Kabbalist nicknamed the Ari wrote about the Zohar and the Tree of Life. The 20th century Kabbalist Baal HaSulam, added more accessible commentary about the earlier writings and thus made it possible for non-Jews to understand what had seem too cryptic to all but a few insiders.

7 years ago, when I was at the start of my biggest move this lifetimes -- leaving my house in Arizona to move to the Philippines, the bus driver to the airport talked to me about the Zohar. At that time, I had barely heard of it. And now, I find it vital to find out more.

Because the symbols in the Bible are all about Israel (not the nation) -- the method for going straight to God.

Thanks for answering. This is a very interesting response. I also believe in modern revelation. I just want to know how many others do too.

This can best be answered by this http://gospelformuslims.org/bible_final.htm and basically one should heed what it says, that "He Himself is “the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end” [Rev.22:13]. Christ is the sum total of all that God has spoken to man. The final expression of this is contained in the book of Revelation which was given by God to Jesus and then to John [Rev.1:1]. This is God’s final revelation about His Son and the Son’s final revelation which He gave to His apostle [Rev.22:16].

Anyone who adds to this final revelation will come under the judgment of God [Rev.22:18,19]."

I don't know of any reputable or credible theologians who will suggest or condone the idea that there is or can be "new scripture" to be revealed and it is obvious to anyone who has studied the Bible (and understands the deceitful wickedness of Satan and his minions) that the lie that there are "new revelations" is the cornerstone of all cults, man made religions that are designed to lead souls away from God and his gospel, away from the truth. Modern or "new" revelations never confirm the Bible in its entirety and that is the test - scripture will never contradict itself, nor would new revelations if they were from God. You'll find such contradictions demonstrated in "new age" philosophy, the Book of Mormon, Jehovah witnesses, the Urantia Book (which is a product of automatic writing claiming to be the new revelation to replace the Bible), the Koran etc.
It makes sense that if there is ONE infinite, omniscient, omnipotent creator God of love that he would have a plan for a sinful fallen humanity, provide us with ONE how and why of our existence, truth, knowledge and wisdom to live life to the fullest with purpose and that provision is without a doubt the best selling book in history, the Bible. Believe it, there is only one way to God and that is through Jesus Christ who came from heaven down to earth to experience humanity only to willingly sacrifice that sinless life to pay our debt to a just God. God's ways are not man's ways and though you may not understand him (at the moment), never doubt him, his word.
The devil can provide you with new revelations 'til the cows come home, but what he can't do is create a religion based on the son of God who was witnessed to have lived, died and was resurrected in order to save all those who will accept it and believe in him. It is called the gospel of salvation and it is the only way to God.

I believe that a lot is yet to be revealed. I do believe (or at least strongly wish) that Doomsday will arrive some day which will see the world cleansed of evil and only the good will live a blessed life. It may be many centuries later, but if I am in human form on earth that time, I would definitely want to be one of the soldiers in God's plan against evil.
