Have you ever had an object disappear and then reappear in your home minutes or hours later?

One example might be (you're alone at home) and you can't find your TV remote which is usually on your nightstand. You search the whole bedroom and then walk away for a few minutes and upon your return it's lying on your night stand clearly in the open! A Google search reveals that there is even a name for it: "Disappearing Object Phenomena". Some folks believe the item slipped into another dimension, there was a time rift, a ghost was having fun with you, or you really are losing your mind and couldn't see something that was literally in front of you! Have you ever experienced this?

True that we forget about where we kept the item and it is basically about the smaller things. Usually they are hard to find at the first glance.
