Should they change hubpages' name to BiblePages? It's all I see on here now
Whether you love or hate the bible, I am curious to see why people are so obsessed with bashing or promoting it. We do all have our own brains and are aware of its existence. We can read or chastise it if we so wish in our own good time. But now that hubpages has become nothing more than a pile of bible obsessed questions and forums, should we rename it BiblePages? Or maybe create an offshoot, so we can separate all these questions and once again enjoy a diverse hubpages environment.
Firstly it's up to each individual to structure their own feed of hubs. In other words if a person doesn't want religious hubs they filter them out.
Secondly it is my observation that only a handful of obsessive atheists are constantly attacking the Bible. The Christians merely write hubs that advocate the Bible. No one else is obsessing about religion except the aforementioned atheist clique.
Lastly this question implies you are not filtering out religious hubs. Don't let the grass grow under your feet.
Norine is just one person. The obsessive atheists are many. Outnumbered, she is.
Well, maybe that's a step in the right direction if the "atheists" here outnumber the religious.
Oztinato only repeats the same crap over and over again and most of it is hate speech. We don't know who these "obsessive atheists" or "new age atheists" are that he keeps harping about.

"Forgive them! They know not what they do" (Lk 23:34)!
You're not looking hard enough. There are an equal number of political posts here. If it seems that the Hot Topics section is filled with debates about religion---well, those posts tend to have the most heated discussions, which makes them rise to the front page.
Yep, we can name at least 10 "loving" Christians around here that complain more than anyone else.
Once again another comment solely focussed on Christian stereotypes. Stereotypes are the foundation of bigotry.
HP could eliminate these contentious categories and that would stop all this crap, but it brings in revenue, so they won't do it.
Just filter it out.
Actually, I agree. That is why I'd rather that Bible/God questions be moved to forums. If I am seeking an interesting question on Q&A, I have to scroll through a plethora of questions regarding the so-called stupidity of "religionists. It's nothing more than "in your face" trolling. I'm tired of the not so subtle hate speech and I'm also tired of the handful of atheists who practically reside on Q&A, and then deny that they live to mock. They should go out and build a house or do community service or something--- anything else. But, that ain't gonna happen. The best we can do is ignore Q & A, or post questions about other matters to outweigh the "troll" questions.
I though that Christians were into "helping the homeless", and community service. Q&A is income for the person posting the question, they also meet new hubbers, and maybe even learn something. If atheism brings in the most $$$, then so be it.
As I recall, there are different "Question Topics" outlined for each to browse! I "rarely" enter those of no interest! If Religious Questions have "surfaced to the top," it seems you guys need to "get busy" if your goal is to "make money!"
Instead of "unbelievers" spending their time "mocking," they should divert their energy toward writing HUBS versus wasting time browsing Questions, especially under Religion!
However, we all have "choice," don't we?

What are the most annoying responses Christians give to questions atheists ask?I'm a christian and I think that it would be helpful in ministry, if Christians new a bit more about how atheists felt about a Christian's rebuttal

Name things that Christians think about Atheists that are false. You know what this question is about - let's have another responding question to the other self-ingratiating questions up here; because that is how silly HP has this 'most popular' front page laid out. They SHOULD be actual Hubs that...

I'm an atheist, and even though I'm a generally good person (volunteer at an animal shelter, nice to people, generous, etc.), I've been told I'm going to hell simply because I don't take part in any religion. I'm really not trying to start a fight or argument, I'm really just curious- why are...
