Absolutely, we are what we eat. No other relationship in our lives is as intimate as the relationship we have with food. What we eat not only nourishes our physical bodies; but, actually becomes part of our bodies.
While we will not take on animalistic qualities if we eat meat, we must make sure not to overindulge in greasy, fatty meats if we want to keep our arteries clean and free-flowing. Becoming vegetarian will not make us instant pacifists; but, they will help keep our bodies lean and healthy. So, we are what we eat (and drink).
