Intolerating Christian extremists attacking the revival of paganism in Switzerland ur thought?

People deserve religion freedom is common sense. But, for Christian fanatics it only apply to none Christian faith, evidence by them condemning Muslims for effecting other's religion freedom using Sharia law, then do the same thing, by lobbying bible law. Northern Europeans never truly convert to Christian, only put up with it during dark ages, so now they return to paganism. After building world's longest tunnel, Switss government add pagan ritual in open ceremony, with pagan witch led prayers, actor dress as pagan god Baphomet, outrage Christian fanatic make You tube videos calling it evil.

Okay, the ritual for the tunnel was weird.  Why all that pomp and circumstance for a freaking tunnel?  Aside from that, you have to join us in the twenty-first century here and forget what happened in the middle ages.  Christians no longer act like that.  Muslims, however, do.  You're worrying about the wrong religion.

[itual for the tunnel was weird.]True, I think its because western paganism paused for 1000 years, but seem harmless [Christians no longer act like that.]Most don't, some still do, but pagan shouldn't have to convert to Christianity because of it.

I am Pagan and I agree Lolita, it was weird, lol.  But in most Western nations it's Christians who are trying to shut down our (Pagan) religions & revival, not Muslims. Not all Christians of course; a minority. But it's a threat to freedom.

Baphomet isn't actually a Pagan God... he was the Middle Ages concept Christians had of Pagan Gods, which was adopted by occultists for no other reason than how it freaked Christians out. While horned Gods, associated with raw/primal nature, have long had a place in Paganism, Baphomet was never one of them. So I'm not sure where they got the idea to incorporate him into a Pagan ceremony.

But I think anyone who tries to shut down another group's spiritual beliefs and practices are wrong. Seems to me anyone who feels so threatened that other people have different beliefs can't be very secure in their faith in the first place.  The acting out is merely a reflection of their own inner struggles with belief and spirituality.

Maybe it is Cernunnos, he and Baphomet look the same.

Possibly; I don't think they look the same, except for the horns, but in the video it just looked like some generic goat-man to me. Not any God in particular. It was a strange production for a tunnel opening.

I think they just added some pagan stuff into an overall performance show, the opening as a whole, isn't a pagan ceremony. Certain things in the performance look very modern and European is known to have a weird pop culture sense.

This is noteworthy because it is the exception, when Christians are routinely mocked even in mainstream newspapers on their key holidays.

In contrast, Shariah patrols are popping up across the EU to enforce Islamic religious law on unwilling locals. Muslim rape gangs act with impunity because police are more afraid of being called racist than arresting Muslim rapists.

Note how they go out of their way not to name the perpetrators as Muslim or the reason the police ignored it - political correctness was more important than protecting 13 and 15 year old girls from being gang raped for years

It’s not only Germany that covers up mass sex attacks by migrant men... Sweden’s record is shameful

Then you see multiculturalism leading to officials negotiating on child marriage, minimizing honor killings per Islamic custom and tolerating female genital mutilation by Muslims. They're giving in to the demands to tolerate hijab, while ignoring women reporting they are sexually harassed for not wearing hijab.

Multiculturalism is tolerating a culture that is truly a rape culture, sexist, contrary to liberal secular values while actively calling for the death of atheists and homosexuals (who are murdered by ISIS which posts videos on Youtube and executed by Iran and Saudi Arabia). When Muslims kill critics from Charlie Hebdo to the Danish cartoonists, the West's leaders blame the victims for inciting it instead of the Muslim murderers killing critics per the Koran's mandates (including a female poet murdered in bed with her children, and Mohamed thanked the man for lifting the baby from her breast before plunging a knife into it).
