Why is the subject of the Kingdom of God avoided by most churches?

Throughout the four gospels of Matthew, Mark Luke and John the most common subject or the main focus of Jesus Christ's ministry was the Kingdom of God. There are at least 13 parables just in Matthew alone that is directly related to the Kingdom of God. The Sermon on the Mount which is in Matthew Chapter 5 thru 7 mentions the Kingdom subect at least 8 times. Within the four Gospels I already mention the Kingdom of God (Heaven) is mentioned by Jesus over 90 times. And yet this subject is seldom mentioned in churches. Why is the verse in Matthew 6:33 avoided by most so called christians?

PandN- Thank you very uch for your answer. And I very much agree. The Kingdom message is seldom heard in churches nor is it a main subject of study by those who call themself "Christians. Getting the KIngdom message out there is important. Thanks
