What a base and selfish reason. Inspire her to love God. To serve; expand her Heart; offer Gratitude and so open up herself to the cosmic forces trying to help her to transform her lower nature. That is the shortest and safest way. Once her nature or lower desires are transformed, and if God then wants her to astral travel, it will happen naturally.

Astral travel is a very dangerous thing. Some souls leave and cannot return because they do not know how to, and they die. Seek God and not His gifts. This is the golden rule.

I don't believe it is a selfish reason at all to want to astral project. You don't need people telling you that or imposing religion on to you (not saying that it has happened). You do you! You're friend needs to be relaxed and void of any stress to project efficiently. It takes time. Practice. Sometimes years to successfully accomplish. She can even practice by not physically trying to project. Just by thinking of the process when she has a few minutes in her day. This is how I, and many athletes, train when we're not at the track, field, pool, arena etc. Your brain cannot tell the difference besides the physical sensation of touch sparked by nerve endings and neurons etc. It's all the same. You can inspire her to follow Jesus. There's nothing wrong with that. But what she needs is a scientifically proven method on how to project efficiently. Yes. it has been proven. I hope this was the answer you were looking for. For the record, I too, follow God.

    I agree with Tyclonex.

I believe it is extremely disrespectful to use verbal aggression, shaming or any other form of manipulation or coercion to attempt to control or influence the free will of other beings. Anyone who believes that they have been somehow be endowed with some special privilege or granted some invisible right to be disrespectful to others just because they have not walked the same path, committed to the same rules, or desire to seek out the same experiences -- seriously needs to consider going back and re-establish a healthier and less co-dependent relationship with their chosen deity, especially considering that in most established religions, there are no such mandates that suggest "the devout" or "sinless" or "insert your glass-free-home-here" will be granted some special privilege to be rude or forceful (regardless of intention) with anyone else -- for any reason. In fact, most established religions emphasis love, compassion, respect, forgiveness, tolerance & minding your own business, as hallmark values.

As for better Astral Projection, aside from continued practice and persistence, your friend might also consider looking into the benefits of guided meditation, animism themed journey practices, group ceremonial events, tantra, mindfulness, connecting with their spirit animals/guides, shadow work to dissolve their doubts & fears, and so on.

The rest is up to them and what they believe is truly possible to do smile
