It depends on what you mean by "like he did in the Bible". Christ still heals miraculously, but I do not believe it is always by methods of man, laying on of hands, anointing with oil, etc. Perhaps sometimes that is the case.
If someone attends a "healing meeting" and they are not healed, it is usually blamed on their lack of faith. It is not God's will for individuals to always be healed. Paul received a "thorn in the flesh" from which he was never healed (II Corinthians 12:7-10). God was glorified in his infirmity. Job suffered long so that God would get the glory. I know of individuals personally who have spent long terms in the hospital. They were able to witness for the Lord and promote His work in an area where it would have been impossible if they were healthy.
But yes, God still heals according to His will in His time as it pleases Him.
