Do you believe in God?
What brought you to this conclusion?
Because at the root of nature.. creativity.. people.. EVERYTHING, there is a Source. This Source is 'God'.
I believe in the Lord because he has personal help me in my life, and since I was a little girl my mom told me about the lord and how important he was in our lives. A couple of days earlier before my father passed away, he told me he saw Jesus coming to get him, and to never let anyone to tell me otherwise. I will never stop believe in the Lord and the son and the Holly sprit. Both my parents have passed. I know they are in a better place than we are. God bless us all
No I don't believe in God. It's all superstitious nonsense with no basis in facts.
A dictator that owns you forever. Ridiculous.
Guess, this belief helps release the tension and helplessness out of the miseries of life which are largely inexplicable or which we do not want to take the responsibility of, by providing a figure to put the blame on. Further, considering Pascal's wager, If I believe in God and He is not there, then I do not lose any thing, and If I do not believe in God and he is there then I am in trouble. No.
Man invented the Gods, all of them and it's not the other way around.
However I can understand why a lot of people feel they need a God like presence to give their life some sort of meaning and a reason not to fear death.
No, I do not believe in God. But I respect all beliefs and I really like to understand the reasons that lead people to believe. I do often to myself questions about life and of course these are often intertwined with religion.
I believe that God is invented by men who always seek some answers to the same questions that I also do... Live without answers is difficult!
I do believe in God. I can't find a reason for not doing so because everything in this world is engineered in such a precise and orderly manner. For this I believe one can't reject that it is the work of a supreme power. Although we can't see God but we can see nature and the perfection in it, which proves the existance of a power like God.
no. i don't understand how people do but to each their own.i look at this planet and i see so many things that show to me that nothing great and powerful created us. when people state that god has done wonderful things for them i kind of giggle(not literaly) but then i think why does an athiest have the same things if it's a god that gives them.
Yes I do.
However, I do not believe in the credibility or authority of organized religions.
Why I believe? It simply faith!
Unfortunately it is difficult to explain faith.
The best I can do is that I can feel my soul which in turn can feel the most loving being I know, God.
I definitely believe in Almighty God. He is the Triune God of this world. Triune meaning one God, but three distinct persons. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. I know God to be God in love and truth, for when I pray to His, He answers my prayers. The proof is in the answers themselves. I also believe that I am a spirit being, living in flesh for a time but still spirit and I can communicate with God any time I wish, and He with me.
No, is the short answer to your question, I don't believe in God, especially not in the way God is seen in the monotheistic faiths of Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
I came to this conclusion after many years of trying to figure out what was going on. I was brought up in Islam but spent 14 years being educated in a Roman Catholic convent. So I do know a lot about institutionalised religion. And through much reading of philosophy, talking to people who are well read, discussion, meditation and above all, learning I'm convinced that there's no God out there who is like the God of the Bible or of the Quran.
Yes of course, there is too much creations on this planet that could not have been created by man, and to many destructions such as (dinosaurs, and colonies of people) to call all of them a coincidence or a creation of man. Just the thought process of how the human body works is ridiculously complex and it creation could have only come about my the one and only Allah (God).
To have your doubt is God is a sin in itself. Control your thoughts and don't let Satan get the best of you. Stay strong in your faith and believe.
I believe in God. I also believe in Guardian Angels. I have almost died three times in my life. Twice from almost drowning, and once from a poisonous snake. When I was 6 years old I was playing in the woods, and came upon a rattle snake. The snake lunged towards my leg, and in that instance I felt something grab my leg as a barrier and the snake jumped back. There was no one around me, except a girl scout counselor who was frozen in her tracks. The 1st time I almost drowned a life guard pulled me out, but the second time I was near death, the pool that I was in was public and over crowded. there were people above me in the water. I felt breath leaving my body, and the water around me began to shine. Something lifted me to the top and left me near the edge. The life guard came to me after the fact, and asked who helped me, but no one was around. I believe that the same something that protected me from the snake, is what saved me from drowning. Just as sure as I believe the sky is blue I believe there is a God, and there is nothing that anyone can say or do to make me believe otherwise. What kills me is when people say God cannot exist, but they believe in the evil of the world, and the devil. Well if The Devil and evil exists, then why does God not exist? God is in everything. How do you explain people near death, and miraculously their body is healed, and Doctor's have no clue. http://www.precious-testimonies.com/Ans … nning.htm. A baby that was found alive after a tornado left destruction in it's path 100 yards away from his demolished home? http://www.precious-testimonies.com/Ans … anning.htm There are so many testimonies that I could share and not enough room to tell it. Scientists can say we evolved from mud, but no one has all the proof. The only way you will really know if He exists, is when you get to Judgement Day.....and by then for all the neigh sayers it will be too late.

God is the Begining and the End, creator of all things, meaning everything! No disrespect meant here, how can some of us question this? Why is it so difficult for some people to see this truth? I don't think so. I believe that the sub-conscious mind already knows there is no god.The flight and fight mechanism is the driving force behind the need for a god, but the mind already knows it is a self preservation mechanism the conscious mind sets up to cope with the fear of dying. That is why...

Is God a vengeful God? If I don't believe, am I condemned to 'burn'?If I lead a life where I am selfless, constantly help people, give away my money and live in a 'Christian' way, will I still be condemned to 'burn' if I simply don't believe in God?
