The prospect of dropping you pass may be entreating depending on the situations your are examining. For example, the life lessons that have led you to this point one should retain. They serve as building blocks of knowledge. We should not look at our past as failures but as an event which led to a learning experience.
We should ask ourselves, what is the lesson being thought and for what situation will it be best suited.
Every life lesson has a corresponding event but we become so caught up in the manifestation that we fail to look at the reason.
We have to get ourselves into thinking cause and effect.
One writer said that a curse doesn't come without a cause. You might overhear some people saying that I will never forget what he did to me for he deceived me into thinking that he loved me yet all along I was just his toilet paper. Get over it!
The issue here was that one may be suffering from rejection because of some abusive behavior and hangs on to the pass seeking to find self justification.
The answer is to forgive the past, and then you will get understanding and wisdom for a brighter today and tomorrow. When the enemy hands you lemons, take ice, water, sugar and make lemonade!
