The Importance of Being in the Right Pack.

Have you ever been in a hailstorm with howling winds? The hail pounds you from the front, from the back, from the top. If you do not escape it, it may kill you.
So to it is with society. If you play with fire, you will get burned. If you watch violent TV shows and movies. If you listen to filthy sex filled songs you are doomed to have the light of Christ extinguished in. Then they demons of the darkness shall control your life. Your relationships will change. Your thoughts will move from Christ to lust. Your life will spin out of control like a car spinning out of control on black ice. Your life will be empty and miserable. It will be out of control. But, it is not too late.
Choose instead to surround yourself with Christian music, movies and TV. Choose to attend church services and functions. Choose to make and nurture Christian friendships. You will find a lot more satisfaction in your life. You will of course have to give up many relationships, whether they are friends or family, but it is worth the cost.
Prayer: Jehovah Rohi (The Lord is my Sheppard) please guide me to good Christian fellowship and entertainment. My life is empty and miserable. I know you can do it and thank you for answering my prayers. In Your wonderful name I pray. Amen.
