My Favorite Quotes About Strength, Courage And Not Giving Up

Updated on May 11, 2014

Most of My Favorite Quotes About Strength Have Nothing To Do With Muscles

Whenever some people hear the words "favorite quotes about strength" they automatically associate it with muscle, but if you sit and think for a moment, muscle has very little to do with actual strength. The will to keep going when you feel you can't go on no more is the ultimate testament to how strong one really is, and let's face it, if you don't have mental strength, things can be a lot tougher for you in life. So, those of you looking for a few inspirational quotes on real strength, endurance, courage and never giving up have found the right place. I hope you enjoy some of my favorites and hope that some will become your favorites.

The Price of Getting Fit Can Be High - But the return is substantial as it permeates every aspect of your life.

The price I'm talking about is the price you pay in time and sweat, which can seem significant at first. People make the mistake of thinking that exercise only works your muscles, but this couldn't be further from the truth. It works your willpower just as much.

If you're not into lifting weights and running, then I highly suggest that you take up the punching bag. Good gloves are important here. I've used the ones on the right for quite a while. It may take a little while for your muscles to get used to holding up that much weight, but your hands will appreciate the 16 oz. of protection.

"A threefold cord is not easily/quickly broken." GOD (Ecclesiastes 4:12)

"Iron sharpens iron." GOD also (Proverbs 27:17)

"A just man falls 7 times and rises up again." (Proverbs 24:16) That was GOD, not a Japanese proverb.

@anonymous: Remember this... Satan was not originally a Christian or Catholic thought. The Devil was actually twisted from the Pagan's God. But that doesn't matter, Because I don't believe in a religion. I believe in myself and that has never stopped me from doing What others have told me was impossible.
