When Times are Rough

Updated on September 19, 2014

When Times are Rough....

When times are rough, tangled up, sort of being in a filet cafe, where no one can see out and no one cares to try to look in ~

How we can change it up and be able to see clearly again?

What can bring the sunshine back to chase the fog away?

All photos by me (Bev Lemley) ~ all rights reserved.

Prayers!

Prayers! Take a deep breath and hold it ~ slowly releasing it blows the fuel away!

Instead of stoking the fire, this oxygen puts the fire out, renewing and restoring as it does.

What did you say?!

At some point, we are bound to feel as though we have been tossed around by someone's thoughtless words ~ and it was probably just a few words!

Instead of being quick to anger, breathe deep, let it out slowly. We can all use a refreshing breath! Pray if words should be said or not. Perhaps the words come from a hurting heart that could use a few kind words, too!

Uphill Climbs!

How come it's so hard to walk uphill?

Isn't God's love and voice like gravity, something we can't see, but we can feel?

Some Times...

...It's all you can do to take it one day at a time

Some days, it's one hour at a time

And some days, it's one minute at a time.

With A New Breath ... - ...We can see things...

...in a new light!

We've all been to a "Filet Cafe" ~ it's how we seek help that gives us the turning point we need.

A song of hope - ...with beautiful pictures of God's world

I hope you enjoy and feel a renewal...God bless you!

The videos are exceptionally beautiful and meaningful.

Listening to some of the videos while watching the slide show that follows may be renewing, also.

Coincidence?

Someimes we are put in the right place to say something to someone else. Have you ever felt that way? Maybe the experiences you've had can help the next person. Do you ever felt prompted to say something to someone, even though you don't know them?

What are your experiences?

My Own Spiritual Journey - Has led me here... May God Bless You on Your Journey

In a Rough Spot... - ...Looking for the sun

Have you been to a filet cafe?

How do you find the sun again when times are rough?

See results

Through the roughest of times

We are given new eyes to see.

A new heart to feel

New arms to reach out

Humility, a treasure for always.

Strength, as we need it.

Hope, for all eternity.

In the roughest of times,

through our tears,

We receive His blessings.

Meet Akiane, someone you will never forget

Her paintings and poetry and brilliance in conveying God's message will bring you hope and encourage your faith walk. I hope you will find the peace in the messages she brings.

We Mourn the Loss of the Children and Their Teachers

7-year-old Rhema Sings Amazing Grace...our hearts are broken and we pray for these families and the whole nation that evil will depart from among us and God's Grace will be sought after be every one. God Bless America ~ Please pray for her!

A Smile...

Somtimes we find a smile and we're wise to take it ~ sometimes we need to give one.

...when you find yourself suddenly in a tough spot?

How do you find the exit? - What's the best escape plan...
