If I am an agnostic why do I want to beleive that there are good forces such as Angels in exixtence?
Believing and not believing is a personal choice. Life is progression of choices and we reap the benefits of the decision we make. So why should you even ask this question if you are convinced of your beliefs. I think you are in doubt..

My understanding of agnosticism is that the agnostic believes it is ultimately impossible to know and prove the existence of God. This would have nothing to do with your desire for the existence of Angels to be proven. It struck me as odd that you would basically seperate God from the "good forces such as Angels" in your statement.
