   anyone sane knows both things are impossible but people still try to say these things are true.

   One reason for sure is that they DID experiance something. They honestly believe in what they are telling you.
   
   But when it comes to see God - the Bible says: (Exodus 33:20) . . .no man may see me and yet live. . .
   Our weak human eyes cannot see such glory and survive.
   
   About reincarnation there are many evel persons that want to fool humans. They make them beliveve that they have lived before through little details that fits in. But here the Bible again is very clear: (Revelation 12:9) . . .the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth;. . .
   He love to fool people and lead them away from the truth about death and God.

   Well, as irenemaria said. .. . . .well, I just hope that honesty is the source of these sorts of things.  Sadly, it often isn't.  People want to believe-I want to believe, and I do, but not in reincarnation so much-but what do I know, right?

   They are not really trying to convince us. They are trying to convince themselves. The more they talk about it, the less foolish it sounds, TO THEM.

   That just depends on how you class sane? Logical, as in seeing is beieving, or real, as in knowing what is true even if you have no physical proof?
   Logic is only what your mind has been conditioned to believe is rational. Throw all this aside & ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE...

   Hmm... Interesting question, but I must be honest.  I think a person can be BOTH sane AND believe in reincarnation.  And what's the harm?  Believing isn't hurting anybody.
