   Do you think the end times are near if so what are some of the signs that give you these indications
   
   The bible says that we will see indications of the end times however there has been much debate that we are still not at the end times. As a Christian do you believe that the we are in our last days before the return of Christ?

   Yes I do. I believe that our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is coming soon because the signs are strong and the bible tells us what to look for in the book of Revelation. Some of the signs are wars, natural disasters such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods. Children going against their parents. Also the situation we've had recently with all of the fish and birds they found dead in different places, the bible speaks about that as well.

   the end of times is a farce. when the world does end it won't be part of some mythical prediction and it won't happen in 2012.

   What people keep referring to as the "END TIMES" does NOT mean the "End of the World" as what is commonly believed by most.
   
   That event is a more than a 1000+ years down the road after the "Millennium Reign of the Kingdom of Christ" here on Earth, when the world is to be replaced by a "NEW EARTH".
   
   The "TIMES" that everyone is really thinking about with that statement and vigilantly watching for, is the "Great Tribulation" period of 7 years.
   (Matthew 24:15,21; Mark 13:14; Revelation 2:22,7:9,14)
   
   "For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be."
   (Matthew 24:21 NKJ)

   Yes. End coming soon.
   The end is predicted "within one generation of the Re-unification of Israel" which occured in 1947.
   
   Look what is happening today: Persia (Iran) is expecting the arrival of 12th Imam (Mahdi) any day, they are doing everything they can to encourage chaos, they are sending warships through the Suez canal to stage an "incident" with Israel.
   Just watch the news. Its all happening as we watch!
