Would you stay overnight, by yourself, in a building that has a reputation for being haunted?
I was going to say the same thing! I would absolutely not stay in a creepy house overnight by myself.
No, I think it takes the fun out of it. It would be better to have people with you. Everyone brings cameras and such to try in get evidence. Maybe if the offer came with a cash incentive, I might go at it alone.
Sure, may do just that soon with a house no family can stay in long for the disturbing paranormal activity occurring in it. A woman was murdered there by her husband many years ago. It's a one level brick house that gives off an eerie vibe even from the road 100 feet away. Virgin case in that no ones tried to collect video, EVP, meter readings yet.
Wow! Be careful! Sounds like it could be fun.
It's down at the coast, near a friends. Hope to be able to investigate it. Common knowledge that the murdered woman's ghost haunts the home. Quite a few families over the years have tried to live in it but all left before a year was out.
Sure, if I needed a place to stay. I wouldn't stay in a building by myself that had the reputation for gang or criminal activity though. I probably would feel jumpy by imagining things. I would love to believe in ghosts, but tend to think it something coming from the living person. I've had a few times where it really seemed like a supernatural something, but I think there were scientific reasons that I just couldn't work out.
However, I would not be able to do it if I had just watched that movie "The Ring" -- I made the mistake of watching it alone and my own house felt scary.
O yea. Of course. Sure I would! No problem. Nothing would scare me about being in a house with creaking shutters...wind whistling outside...ghosts floating around making strange noises...darkness of night...o yea...I'm fearless...totally...what was that sound?...did you hear it?...I'm sure I heard it...no those aren't my knees shaking...ha!...no way...that isn't my teeth chattering...it's just chilly in here...that isn't my heart pounding out of my chest.......I'm not scar...scar....scarrrrred......I just have to run now my cat is expecting me home to turn on the tv for him so he can watch Sesame Street....gotta go!!!!
Nope not me, but my husband and brother in law would be all over it.
No way. While I don't believe in ghosts, I do know my very active and outrageous imagination. I would scare myself to death.
Nope. I have lived in apartments that have been haunted, and it was not fun. Though nothing really terrible ever happened.
Not as a dare but, out curiousity! I once lived in a haunted house. It was interesting until I challenged it, and it got a bit hairy.
Let me tell you: it's not the dead that you have to worry about coming after you. It's folks with breath still in their bodies that attack you. So, I'd say a prayer and sleep there ... being on guard about the living and not the dead.
Have you ever read the Bell Witch case from 19th century Tennessee. They made a pretty good movie about it few years ago. Andrew Jackson was even involved in it and had his wagon attacked on the way over to the haunting.
"One such haunting is the legend of the so-called “Bell Witch,” a sinister entity that tormented a pioneer family on Tennessee’s early frontier between 1817 and 1821. Unlike the blockbuster films and many other ghost stories, the "Bell Witch" haunti

Do you think stay at home moms are "lazy"?Watching Anderson right now, this is apparently a huge debate. If I have the financial means, I want to be home with the baby, and my boyfriend supports this decision. It's not because I don't want to work or think I shouldn't, I just want the...

How do you motivate your stay at home wife to do more cleaning?I understand we have four children, and I am in no way expecting an immaculate house, but there has to be SOME effort. It seems to me that she just sits on the couch all day.
