    This seems unlikely due to the fact that most gods are immortal beings that cannot die. Therefore they cannot reincarnate.

      With the exception of Christian mythology, in all religions gods & demons exist n the spirit realm, so they can reincarnate to become men. Reincarnate as god or demon mean ur soul is a god or demon, rather then ordinary soul

      Why would a god want to put their soul into a mortal body? Human beings are fragile and easily killed or broken. Having the soul of a god does nothing to protect the physical body.

      It is believed gods reincarnated, to guide men through difficulty, these are call "living gods" once the task is complete the human body die and the god return to heaven, eg Lincoln die right after civil war and Windsor Churchill die right after WW2,
