   Spirit and Soul ~
   
   What is the difference between these two? They seem like they are the same thing. Can someone give me an example of how they are different?
   
   what is the difference between the spirit body and the soul body?

      In Hebrew the word for Spirit is רוח and is pronounced ru'ahh
      It means wind, breath, It is the part that goes back to God eventually.
      It is also the part that senses the reality of God and is the wind that follows a certain path..
      
      The Hebrew word for soul is נשמה - NShMH, and is pronounced N'shamah, it means mind, psyche
      But the two are connected/interwined, and deeply affect each other.

         So basically soul and spirit are the same thing. And it is okay to use them as such when writing about spiritual matters? Like with the paranormal, and supernatural occurrences' ... when it comes to the human soul/spirit?

            They're not really the same, but connected. The spirit comes from and returns to the Source. The soul is the mind/psyche. But the mind is connected to the spirit.
            The spirit is like the higher self. The soul is like the earthly self.

      They can mean the same thing.
      Then one can define soul as individual and super soul as spirit,Holy Spirit Great Spirit.
      Soul is a fragment of the super soul or god.

   Spirit and Soul Defined?
   
   Both words are descriptions of human interactions with others.
   
   The only reason for the existence of either word is religion ties to each.
   
   (a) A good man to family, a good man to community and respected, would be a person who has a good "soul".
   
   (b) A woman who is strong willed, a independent person and competitive with others is seen as having a "spirit".

         Spoken kike a true material being Cag. Ghosts, entities. Ghosts are apparitions, an impression of a moment which is past, captured on a specific place, like a camera. Entities are different. I am an entity, as are you. Corporations are defined by law as "entities" Several alien entities are reported to have crashed and dies at Roswell, NM. Disembodied entities are more like ghosts.
