      How do you know the translation is correct - the source is highly biased, and more than a little suspect.  Who or what is the Federation of American Scientists - that sounds like a made up name that is too vague to be attached to any real organisation and it includes Federation which resounds with status and the word scientist that gives it an air of credibility.
      
      Before discussing the emotional content of the words you should first verify that they are genuine.  If this unlikely organisation is genuine, then you should check their bias and then check to see if they have any other pronouncements that are quoted anywhere that recognises such bodies.

            Er - lets not huh ! ?   You don't pick up unidentified garbage from the street and eat it because it makes you ill.  It is a good idea to do the same with unidentified information or you are filling your head with garbage.
            
            This kind of garbage is especially poisonous.
            
            If it is manufactured by some hate group then all you are doing is spreading the hate that the immoral, unethical and downright sleazy values of that group - and you inherit those values in the spreading.
            
            Or is that what you know you are doing anyway ?

               American mass media is completely monopolized by one ethnicity, and it's not one that fits the traditional definition of "white" either, except by looks.
               
               So basically, anything and every single last thing that comes from mass media in America or the U.K. is subject to the very definite whims of an agenda by a certain ethnic group; and for that reason, it's garbage before it hits the airwaves, or the press.

               Sorry!  this is from my Philosophy class assignment - the forum is Education and Science - Philosophy.
               
               I didn't want to mention what it was for because there's more to the assignment and I don't want the answers given to me - I wanted to see what everyone would do with it so I could learn.

                     a 2 year technical college.  I'm in the Liberal Arts Transfer program, so all my class credits will transfer to a 4 year university. (with some finagaling, lol, depending on which 4 year I want to go to)

            I am gonna go out on a limb here and say that the Federation of American Scientists is legit lol, especially when weighing it against anything bin laden said or didn't say or allegedly said.

      Also, anything associated with capitalism is based in personal greed, and complete and utter disregard for the welfare and lives of the losers in the game of life that capitalism suggests to us as a healthy reality.
      
      So yeah, on a general level, the wealth of America is an abomination to humanity, when you look at it from the eyes of the slave laborers of the world.

   In an effort to address your questions: morally corrupt is extensive and varied in explanations pertaining to this behavior. Adolf Hitler was morally corrupt,  Nero was morally corrupt, Minister Jim Jones was morally corrupt.
   
   Whatever illusions that loomed in the minds of these people certainly took them to the point of irrational hatred of others.
   
   It would take a psychologist and more time than we have here to explore the whys and what for to cause people to behave in such a way to be considered insane.
