Was Jesus born gay or did he make a choice

The fact that Jesus was gay has now been proven beyond any reasonable doubt.  The important question is:  Did he choose to lead a sinful life or was he simply helpless to resist his natural desires?

What's the proof one way or the other?

The Bible says Jesus was gay? Please give scripture and verse. I've gotta see this to believe it!

There's no proof that Jesus existed to begin with.

@paul thats not fair...2k yr old book written by people whom we dont know said so...isnt that enough proof....so what if those authors existed or authors used fake names but 2k yr old book says so...so jesus existed PERIOD...

Not enough proof, sorry. Jesus could of been a medaphore or several people like Robin Hood or characters in Homer's Illiad. But I do believe Jesus did exist and that he was a teacher passing along the teachings of John the Baptist. But as far as the miracle guy and the son of god thing, not buying it.

@paul i agree with u...it was infact mistake of rome to crucify jesus...he had too less followers ...he was simple teacher...all those miracle stories where invented to sell concept called christ and marketers did well...vatican is among richest and one of most powerful entities who controls many....religion is in end all about controlling by selling unproven concept...

Pontius Pilate, or any Roman governor didn't keep records of executions of slaves or occupied people (Jews in this case). To a typical Roman, a Jew was lower than a slave's dog.  There was doubt that Pontius Pilate existed until some Roman records were discovered and mentions how Pilate was sent to Jerusalem to get him as far away as possible from Rome. Apparently he pissed off the Emperor for being too cruel to the Jews in another province. Pilate was very anti Semitic and his idea of crowd control was to slaughter everyone. To Pilate, if Jesus were gay, that wouldn’t be a problem because homosexuality was recognized and accepted in Roman Empire and Greece. But claiming to be the King of the Jews will get you executed for treason. Only the Roman Emperor appointed the King of the Jews and that was Herod,

I can't say as I remember Jesus ever condemning anyone for being gay...

Jesus wasn't gay, the evidence clearly suggests that he was bi-sexual. I mean he hung out with prostitutes and that one adulteress who he saved from being stoned, also he had that one lady wash his feet who recognized him as the son of God. Clearly this guy had a way with the ladies, but then he did get followed around by twelve dudes and called them to be "fishers of men".

So the evidence clearly points to Jesus simply being a swinger who liked to have a good time with everybody lol

The best part of this joke is that people are more willing to believe he was the son of a deity than to believe the far more down to Earth idea that he might have been gay. Sad sad world we live in.

Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?

Shanna11posted 12 years agoin reply to this

Hahahahahaha that is HARDLY proof that Jesus was gay. I love my girl friends, but I'm straight. Just because Jesus said he loved a disciple doesn't mean he was automatically gay-- that's hardly "proven beyond reasonable doubt". Jesus loved everyone. wink

"seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following"
Either jesus loved that particular disciple ONLY, or he has something "special" towards that one.

        Universal negative. Logical fallacy.

I can not prove that a gay Jesus doesn't exist because I can not have foreknowledge of any yet-to-be discovered gay Jesuses. It is irrelevant.

So be my guest if you want to believe in a bunch of fairy stories. (*rim shot*)

Matthew 25 makes it pretty clear that if you hate gays you also hate Jesus. Maybe that's what you were thinking of.

Anyone who debates this issue has either lost their mind, is bored out of their mind, or is so corruptable that his mind is in the dung heap. And it has nothing to do with the discussion subject itself but as writers and explorers of ideas, have y'all really sunk this low. Ron Montgomery? Really? You're debating this with him? Really? The sarcasm thread is more interesting and takes more creative thought than this forum of crap.
