Free Mandalas Coloring Pages For Kids

Mandala Color Sheet
Mandala Color Sheet

Ever have one of those days when you really need to quiet the kids down? Here's a good way to do it. As mandalas can be a bit more complex to color, it makes kids concentrate more on what they're doing, therefore settling them down. They get to keep amused, while you get a quieter household. It's a win/win situation. In addition, do you know that some people use mandalas for healing?

If you like to meditate, try doing so as you're coloring one of these. Just close off all of the distractions in your mind and concentrate on the colors and the strokes.I would suggest putting on some soothing music in the background, along with taking deep breaths. This will add to creating a relaxing atmosphere. You might also enjoy lighting some candles.

Mandala Coloring Page For Adults

This intricate mandala is great for teenagers and adults. Color it alone or with a family member or friend. Because of its details, I would suggest using coloring pencils rather than crayons. It should take awhile to color, so you'll have lots of time to relax.

Abstract Mandala

Isn't this mandala cool? In the center is the Chinese symbol of yin and yang which shows how two opposites can actually compliment each other. What colors do you think would compliment the black in this mandala?

Sometimes mandalas are used for meditation.

Picture of Buddha Statue

This is an image of who really popularized meditation. I like how colorful it is. Buddha was able to find great enlightenment through meditation.

Coloring Mandalas is not just fun, but also a wonderful way to appreciate what it greatly symbolizes, which is peace :). So to be able to color and meditate at the same time is a double treat, indeed :). What a brilliant idea to come up with this coloring pages of Mandalas! Fascinating lens, my dear! I haven't colored Mandalas yet, but I bet it targets the eyes and brain to work together as this entertaining coloring pages takes over our mind while we focus and concentrate on the center of mandalas. Perfect to keep the kids entertained at all times while busy moms do something relevant at home. :) Great, great lens! God bless you!

What is this thing going on? I stopped by to Thank You for stopping by and giving my old fashion ice cream lens a "thumbs up". However it looks as though I have stopped by before. What seems to be drawing me back here? Karma or the Love of Mandalas or both. Still give this lens 5 Stars since I cannot "like" again. FYI: Yes, the mandala originated in India and was known as the "Mediation Circle" or the "Circle of Love". If you really focus on the mandala's center, concentrate and mediate on the very center of the mandala they are made to draw you into the center as if you were going through a spiral tube. This effect is achieved with the different colored layers of threads used making the mandala. Anyway, once you have really focused and been drawn completely into the mandala center you are with one's inner self and love. Peace!
