Spiritual Awakening: The Importance of Speaking

Updated on December 24, 2017

Most of the time, in any relationship, whether it be with people or our relationship with Christ, we forget how to communicate with one another. Things like bitterness, hurt, envy, pride, and many other offenses intrude our minds, heart and speech. We just need to find out how to get back to right communication with one another. Do you find in any of your relationships this question come about... "Why do we always have to argue about everything!?" without a solution? We found there are always answers that work. Not only saying, "This is the problem.", but also giving a solution. The answers are found in The Truth, The Holy Bible, and The Word of God. If you seek His ways instead of your own... you are acting in obedience, trusting His way and His Word. Watch Him take on the battle for right relationships and communication, restored and redeemed, through following Christ.

How we SHOULD NOT speak to each other, According to The Bible

1} "Let no foul or polluting language nor unwholesome talk ever come out of your mouth."Ephesians 4:29

2} "Let ALL bitterness, indignation, wrath, rage, bad temper, and resentment, anger, animosity, quarreling, brawling, clamor, contention, slander, evil-speaking, abusive or blasphemous language, be banished from you with ALL malice which is any ill-will or anything built on such destructiveness." Ephesians 4:31-32

3} "But immorality and ALL impurity or greediness must NOT even be named among you." Ephesians 5:3

4} "Let there be NO filthiness, obscenity, indecency, NOR foolish and silly, corrupt talk, NOR coarse jesting which are Not fitting or becoming." Ephesians 5:4

5} Let no one delude or deceive you with empty excuses and groundless arguments." Ephesians 5:6

Prayer For Healing Broken Communication In Our Relationships Through The Word of God

Dear Heavenly Father Abba, we come to You in The Name of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Jehovah-Rapha, You are our Healer, we believe in Your healing powers. I admit I have been speaking in the wrong way. My relationships have been suffering because of ME. Sometimes, even my relationship with You has been affected.

I ask for Your forgiveness.

I ask You to heal me and help me to change my ways of speaking to others, and to You.

I believe that when I speak the right way others will see that change and communicate with me better as well. May You get all The Glory. I trust You will answer my prayer because You created family and You first loved me. I thank You, praise You, and love You.

Your words were found and I ate(digested) them. Jeremiah 15:16

He touched my lips with it and said, "See, this coal has touched your lips. Now your guilt is removed, and your sins are forgiven." Isaiah 6:7

IN Jesus Christs Name, AMEN
